CALL FOR A CONGRESSIONAL CHURCH-STYLE COMMISSION TO SAVE THE NATION "A GOVERNMENT WHICH IS AFRAID OF ITS PEOPLE IS A GOVERNMENT WHICH CAN NO LONGER RULE." THOMAS JEFFERSON

The recent Twitter file releases illustrate a convergence of "Big Brother" government, media, and big tech in a well-designed Machiavellian conspiracy plan. First, to control what the American public hears and reads to advance a Leninist ideology where conformity and authoritarian tyrannical government become the new normal.

The importance of the Twitter files is that its additional evidence (overt acts) proving a pattern of conspiracy in furtherance of the original Hillary/DNC conspiratorial agreement and a continuation of the contract by the Obama and Biden administrations to defraud the American public by interfering in two POTUS elections 2016 and 2020. By implementing a massive disinformation campaign promoting the Clinton/DNC paid-for Steele dossier, illegal surveillance of President Trump and his team, and executing a gigantic social media censorship program encompassing agencies across the federal government – from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of State (DOS) to the Department of Defense (DOD) Pentagon to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to destroy the Trump Presidency and the Make America Great (MAGA) movement. ¹ ²

The significance of the information is this is about your civil liberties as it's the five-alarm fire alarm in awakening the nation as to the perils of government tyranny that there is a deep state within the government that threaten the people's liberties as guaranteed by the US Constitution.

However, these Twitter file releases should generate public outrage after six years of lies by the government and compliant media cartels. The public has fallen into a malaise of being deceived about what's true and what's not. As Mark Twain so ably said, "The Truth has no defense against a fool determined to believe a lie."

One of the best legal analyses that explain this threat to our nation by Professor Jonathan Turley in an article published in The Hill dated December 26, 2022, titled "When the FBI Attacks Critics as "Conspiracy Theorists," it’s Time to Reform the Bureau." ³

Professor Turley, in his analysis, calls for a new "Church Commission" to investigate and reform the FBI after years of a scandal involving political bias. Professor Turley connects the dots and corroborates the FBI's role in conspiratorial criminality.

Professor Turley describes how the FBI ignored the Steele dossier funded by the Clinton campaign and the DNC and the crimes contained in the Hunter Biden laptop.

Professor Turley explains what different is that this attack by the FBI came from the country's largest law enforcement agency and describes what the more chilling-the menacing role played by the FBI in the Twitter censorship program or its mendacious response to the disclosure of that role is.

Professor Turley's comments validate the conclusion by Matt Tabbi in his Twitter Thread that the FBI didn't refute allegations. Instead, it decried "conspiracy theorists" publishing "misinformation," whose "sole aim" is to "discredit the agency." ⁴

RELEVANT POINTS:

• The Twitter files expose the scope and extent of a vast program of social media surveillance and censorship, encompassing agencies across the federal government – from the FBI, DHS, and other government agencies, CIA, and DOS to the DOD. ⁵

• There is a problem when the legal check and balances to prevent agencies' surveillance tools from being used against their citizenry by a corrupt administration has failed. When our Federal Law Enforcement and Intelligence Agencies are involved in massive domestic social media surveillance in the suppression and censorship of information to influence public opinion that adversely impacted two POTUS elections, it shows the system is broken.

• Matt Tabbi, in his review of the Twitter files, stated the government was in constant contact not just with Twitter but with virtually every major tech firm. These included Facebook, Microsoft, Verizon, Reddit, Pinterest, and many others. Industry players also held their regular meetings without the government. ⁶

• Twitter Files Show Company and the government Suppressed COVID Information from Doctors and Experts ⁷

• A lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt has exposed years of Department of Homeland security (DHS) memos, emails, and documents showing that DHS and the FBI are involved in an expansive government effort to influence tech platforms in policing misinformation and disinformation on the origins of COVID-19 pandemic, the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, racial justice, US withdrawal from Afghanistan and the nature of the US support to Ukraine.” As a result, Facebook created a unique portal for DHS and the FBI to report disinformation directly. ⁸ ⁹

• The recent revelation by the Republican Staff Report Committee on the Judiciary U.S. House of Representatives titled “FBI WHISTLEBLOWERS: WHAT THEIR DISCLOSURES INDICATE ABOUT THE POLITICIZATION OF THE FBI AND JUSTICE DEPARTMENT.” The report concludes that the justice system is broken. The FBI and its parent agency, the Justice Department, have become political institutions undermining the FBI's fundamental law-enforcement mission. The report purported that the problem lies with FBI bureaucrats who altered and mischaracterized evidence to federal courts, circumvented safeguards and exploited weaknesses in policies governing investigations and informants to target politically disfavored subjects and to protect favored ones. ¹⁰

• The report by the Republican Staff Report Committee on the Judiciary and the lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt proves the existence of a conspiratorial plan to defraud the American public in the 2016 and 2020 POTUS elections.

RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA-DEBUNKING THE RUSSIAN MYTH

The National Security Agency's CIA and FBI deceived the American public by using National Security classification to hide their criminality and their lie and denial techniques in setting up the Russians as the responsible party in promoting the Steele Trump Russian dossier Hoax. ¹¹

The facts show that the information for the Clinton-DNC paid-for disinformation Steele dossier came from associates within the Clinton and DNC orbits, not the Russians. By making the Russians, the responsible party as part of the Hillary/DNC Machiavellian plan to hide their criminality by framing Trump and his team for crimes they didn't commit. ¹²

If the Russians were such a threat to our electoral process, as documented in the Mueller report, why, in March 2016, did President Obama shut down the CIA unit strategic Foreign Denial and Deception Committee (FDDC)? The FDDC, the unit responsible for countering the Russian disinformation threat operating for over 30 years. ¹³ ¹⁴

Why, in August 2016, did President Obama ignore warnings by the US Intelligence Community at the height of increased Russian cyber threats by issuing a stand-down order for US Intelligence agencies to stand down in countering Russian cyber-attacks? ¹⁵

[Note: Both the DOJ and the FBI told the country that the Russians had interfered in the 2016 election. Yet actions by President Obama of shutting down US countermeasures go against the Russian interference narrative sold to the public by the media, Muller report, Obama and Biden administrations that the Russians were the responsible party.]

The release of the declassification in July 2016, notes of CIA Director Brennan, and the September 2016 CIA referral memo to the FBI by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) confirmed the Russians intercepted a conversation with a Clinton campaign official. The intercepted conversation discussed their false flag disinformation conspiracy plan to taint Trump by colluding with the Russians to cover up the Hillary Clinton email scandal. ¹⁶

After CIA Director Brennan briefed President Obama on the Russian intercept conversation information, instead of investigating Hillary Clinton and those involved, Director Brennan instructed the FBI on July 25, 2016. As a result, Director Comey opened up four counterintelligence investigations into four members of the Trump campaign team.

In early September 2016, the CIA sent a referral memo to the FBI to look into the allegations of the Clinton DNC disinformation plan but ignored by the FBI. So begs the question, why did CIA Director Brennan instruct FBI Director Comey to open up four investigations on team Trump members in late July 2016 when Brennan and Comey knew the Steele dossier was a paid-for Hillary-DNC disinformation document? ¹⁷

Why did President Obama allow the FBI investigations to go forward if Obama knew this was a plan by the Clinton campaign and DNC to taint Trump with Russian collusion?

WHY THE NEED FOR A NEW CONGRESSIONAL CHURCH-STYLE COMMISSION

The current administration has weaponized and politicalized the DOJ in criminalizing political differences.

Establishing a new Congressional Church-Style commission allows Congress to search for the truth, which is the only viable option for restoring the public trust in the Rule of Law and holding those accountable for their roles in the largest sedition scandal in U.S. history. Additionally, looking at the corruption within our institutions, the Commission needs to expand its scope to the compliant media cartel and Big Tech of their roles in the conspiracy. Lastly, the Commission needs to start at the origins of the conspiracy by connecting the dots in proving the pattern of conspiracy by investigating the overt acts and answering the forbidden questions that no one wants to ask. ¹⁸

The three significant issues: Trump's Russian Collusion Hoax, the weaponization and politicalizing of the National Security Agencies by the Obama and Biden Administrations, and the implementation of the vast program of social media surveillance and censorship, encompassing agencies across the federal government are all intertwined and didn't happen in a vacuum but part of a well-designed conspiracy plan to deceive the American public. ¹⁹ ²⁰

Unless the next Congress takes action to stop the political weaponization and the corruption of our National Security agencies, and the next President in 2024 holds those accountable for the greatest corruption sedition conspiracy scandal in US history it won't matter who gets elected as it will be business as usual, and the political weaponization and corruption will continue unabated.

The ball is in Congress's court. The question is, do our elected leaders and representatives dare to do the right thing to save America? That's the trillion-dollar question.
