Karen right now the statute of limitations are not in question as with all the criminal overt acts committed the conspiracy has another three years to go.

As the conspiracy to obstruct the Executive branch and defraud the public was a continuation until Trump left office, Mr. Joffe has criminal exposure.

Now you have one further avenue to investigate. Joffe has been exposed as a former FBI informant. As an informant he was under a duty to report the Alfa bank story to his handler- but Hillary for America needed this in the press to taint Trump. So Sussman took the politically risky step of getting it leaked to press while going to the FBI as well- It would have gone unnoticed if Clinton had been elected. Hindsight is 20/20 vision

If Durham conducts a full RICO like investigation and invokes conspiracy laws he could at some point round up many top Democrats for trial. This would result in a firestorm of leftists street actions and riots accompanied by crazed media denunciations.

America would have to hunker down for a pseudo-civil war that might go full bore given the leftists love of violent confrontation. This has the potential to wreck the two party system and discredit the I.C. as well as the DOJ itself. Given all that does anyone think that a single gov't agency sub unit like the SPO has the power or ability to actually deconstruct and prosecute this conspiracy and those that NEED prosecuting. This widespread conspiracy has the volatility of discovering that the CIA actually killed Kennedy. (Probably not but widely believed)

Does Congress have the will and integrity to step outside their partisan politics to confront this criminal activity and follow thru with the reforms necessary to allow America to trust the Federal gov't ever again? Probably NO! We will get a bevy of trials of minor players and a media campaign to --move along nothing to see here --this is old news. Like the Church Committees findings in the 1970's regarding the FBI's gross illegal actions this too might be buried in the DC. crypt of lies and disinformation.

Great job on this information. Nothing major can ever come from this info because, as you have outlined, it is a criminal conspiracy. Herr Weissmann essentially took control of he DOJ through the creation of the SC, the recusal of Stealth Jeff Sessions and Rat Redactenstein playing a servant to Weissmann. The SC knew there was no Trump Russian collusion from its inception and basically served to obstruct Trump's presidency, while holding him hostage to threats of obstruction, and played cya for corrupt government players. These facts can never be revealed.

I can see the makings of a book here, but this article rambles a bit too much for my senior addled brain. Thanks for the assembly, a work in progress.

From the lawyer representing Joffe:

"I then stated to Mr. DeFilippis that more than five years has elapsed since the events that are described in the indictment against your client and the OSC’s related public filings, including the September 19, 2016, meeting with the FBI and the February 9, 201 7, meeting with , and asked what other basis the OSC might have to charge Joffe with criminal conduct. Mr. Defilippis replied in general terms that while it was fair to say that the Alfa-related allegations tied back to Sussmann’s September 19, 2016 meeting, the Yota phone-related allegations continued to “percolate through various branches of the government and around the private sector after that date, in various forms.” Defilippis further noted that certain fraud statutes have longer than a five-year limitations period, although he did not specify what statutes might be implicated by the events in question. Beyond that, Mr. Defilippis was unwilling to comment further. In light of Mr. Defilippis’ unwillingness to provide additional information, I asked whether he ever envisioned an end to my client’ status as a subject of the OSC’s investigation, and if so, when that might be. Mr. Defilippis indicated that he was unable to put an end date on the investigation at this point, and that it would depend upon various factors, including the conduct in question and the applicability of various limitations periods."
