DURHAM: WHY DID YOUR INVESTIGATION NOT GO TO ITS EXPECTED LOGICAL CONCLUSION?

"HOW MUCH TRUTH CAN YOU STAND (OR HANDLE)?

Special Counsel John Durham was never going to investigate the origins of the largest corruption scandal in U.S. history, the Trump-Russian hoax based upon his actions to date. Durham's failure to follow through on his investigation has disappointed anyone in pursuing justice and the Rule of law. Moreover, after two years of research, it is tough to believe in Durham's previous reputation as an independent prosecutor searching for the truth.

Durham failure to conduct a full-scope conspiracy investigation into the Trump-Russian collusion hoax in solving the crime by answering the 5Ws (Who, What, When, Where, Why) and the how questions. Durham's investigative and prosecution efforts centered on conducting single-focus investigations on lying to the F.B.I. instead of investigating the scope and extent of the conspiracy and holding those accountable. Having 30 years of experience conducting complex conspiracy investigations, I am perplexed by Durham's prosecution theory and lack of connecting the dots in the conspiracy.]

So far, Durham's prosecution efforts in his two court trials have established a prima facia conspiracy case, exposing this was a well-organized conspiracy at the highest levels of government. Accordingly, Durham has found a prima facia conspiracy that has met the criminal elements for 18 U.S.C. 371. The question the media and the legal establishment need to ask Durham is why he didn't conduct a conspiracy investigation in following the investigative leads in following the evidence to its logical conclusions?

Durham not pursuing or conducting a conspiracy investigation has left the nation in a significant predicament; how will those involved in the greatest corruption scandal 'The Trump Russian Hoax" conspiracy, ever be held accountable in a court of law?

Durham's failure directly concerns the Rule of Law and the American people's trust in the justice system. Are we a nation of laws where no one is above the law, or has our justice system become so corrupted that the Rule of law no longer matters?

Lastly, how does the nation go forward without resolving and holding those accountable for the conspiracy? That exposed the weaponization of the National Security agencies used for political purposes in criminalizing those who disagree with those in power.

There is still a pathway to hold those accountable if those in elected office dare to do so. The Statute of Limitations for the conspiracy doesn't expire until October 2025. [See reference ⁶]
