THE ROAD MAP TO ENDING SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION WITHIN THE GOVERNMENT
The American voters have spoken and entrusted Republicans with control over the house of representatives. The Constitution is the nation's fundamental law. The Rule of Law is a principle under which all persons, institutions, and entities are accountable to laws. Based on no person, government official, or government entity being above the law. 1
Today there is a convergence of government, media, and big tech in Machiavellian corruption conspiracy to change America from its founding principles and values as established by the Constitution based upon individual freedom to that of a Leninist where conformity and the authoritarian tyrannical government become the norm.
The 2016 and 2020 POTUS elections exposed the systemic corruption within our governmental institutions of how these institutions were weaponized and politicalize by the Obama and Biden administrations. The Trump-Russian hoax illustrates how radical ideology has replaced the Rule of Law, where the Rule of Law is not working. The corruption at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), whose mission is to protect the nation from foreign and domestic adversaries, has been subverted by the Obama and Biden administrations and the Democratic party. Instead of equally enforcing the law, the DOJ and FBI selectively use it to punish Americans who disagree with their radical agenda and ignore those on the left who break the law.
STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION IN RESTORING THE RULE OF LAW BY HOUSE REPUBLICANS INVESTIGATING SYSTEMIC POLITICAL CORRUPTION WITHIN THE U.S. GOVERNMENT
House Republicans can use Congressional oversight and legislative authority to hold these government agencies, specifically the DOJ/FBI National Security Division (NSD), accountable. However, for their criminal actions by ensuring that the party in power cannot use the color of authority against those, they disagree with for political purposes, in restoring the public trust in the Rule of Law. Furthermore, there is no oversight of the DOJ-National Security Division. [Note: This should be a non-partisan issue as it goes directly to the core tenets of the U.S. Constitution in protecting our rights in preventing the power of the State from taking away those rights.] 2
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said on November 9, 2022, during the Breitbart News Daily podcast with host Alex Marlow that investigating political corruption at the Department of Justice (DOJ) will be a top priority of House Republicans in the forthcoming 118th United States Congress. 3
Jordan continued, "That means you've got to have a major overhaul, and the way you do that in Congress is you show exactly how bad it was — that's our job — and then, hopefully, by showing it, that pushes them back and gets them to throttle back all the crazy things they're doing, and then you have to get a new president who will bring in the appropriate attorney general who's willing to fix things up and clean things up."
Republicans needs to determine the origin, scope and extent of systemic corruption infiltrating the Federal institutions of our nation's government. The fact that evidence showing there was an organized resistance movement within the government bureaucracy by a cabal of Obama loyalists and partisan ideologues as part of a conspiracy pattern of the Hillary/DNC/Obama/Biden conspiratorial agreement to defraud the American public and obstruct the Trump presidency.4 5
By exposing systemic corruption within our institutions, House Republicans have an excellent opportunity to restore the Rule of Law by conducting bi-partisan public hearings to show the public it’s a search for the truth vice a political vendetta against the Democrats. The systemic corruption within the government is a bi-partisan issue that crosses party lines and will only be solved if both parties recognize the threat to our nation.
If House Republicans can get answers to any of the forbidden questions in this article, it will blow up the Biden administration, Democrats, and the media's false narrative that Trump, MAGA, and Republicans are extremists and a threat to democracy. It will show the public they have been lied to by the Democrats and the media of accusing Republicans of that which Democrats are guilty of.
SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION WITHIN THE GOVERNMENT
House Republicans needs to determine Patrick Byrne role as a former FBI Confidential Human Source (CHS) in assisting the U.S. government in investigating governmental corruption. Byrne alleges members of the Senate Judiciary committee approached him. Byrne claimed he met with seven U.S. Senators who requested his assistance in stopping governmental corruption. Byrne claims the Senators told him some form of corruption is taking over the government, and we can't stop it.
Byrne said the members showed him a letter noting that systemic corruption was infiltrating the Federal institutions of our nation's government. Therefore, the Senate Committee on the Judiciary requests Patrick Byrne be afforded extraordinary latitude under the laws of the U.S. of America to investigate and disrupt corruption within the Federal government. 6 [Note: If Byrnes's claims are validated would support the need to establish a Congressional Commission for a search for the truth in unraveling the greatest conspiracy corruption scandal in American history done at the highest levels of government.]
In 2019, Byrne says he gave incriminating documents to the DOJ, including emails and text messages regarding the origins of the Russia investigation and how he was personally involved with an FBI "Operation Snowglobe," targeting Hillary Clinton in a plan to entrap her. In addition, Byrne claims he helped facilitate a bribe for Hillary Clinton in the amount of 18 million on behalf of the FBI in January 2016 as part of "Operation Snowglobe." Byrne purported the evidence was going to be used by the Obama administration against Hillary Clinton after she was elected to keep her in line with the Obama agenda. Byrne claimed the Obama administration had corrupted the National Security agencies.
The recent revelation by the Republican Staff Report Committee on the Judiciary U.S. House of Representatives titled “FBI WHISTLEBLOWERS: WHAT THEIR DISCLOSURES INDICATE ABOUT THE POLITICIZATION OF THE FBI AND JUSTICE DEPARTMENT.” The report gives credence to Patrick Byrnes claim of what the Senators told Byrnes, that there some form of systemic corruption is taking over the government, and they can't stop it. The DOJ and FBI played significant roles in the Trump-Russian collusion hoax by framing Trump and his team members for crimes they didn't commit. Moreover, this corruption was done at the highest levels of government, confirming the Seven Senators' concerns about systemic corruption within the government. [Note: The commonality between Byrnes' allegations, Trump Russian collusion hoax, and systemic corruption at the DOJ/FBI is it is all part of the design plan by the Obama and Biden administrations of using the power of the State to carry out the unlawful acts of interfering in the 2016 and 2020 POTUS elections and obstructing the Executive Branch of government.] 7
The report concludes that the justice system is broken. The FBI and its parent agency, the Justice Department, have become political institutions undermining the FBI's fundamental law-enforcement mission. The report purported that the problem lies with FBI bureaucrats who altered and mischaracterized evidence to federal courts, circumvented safeguards and exploited weaknesses in policies governing investigations and informants to target politically disfavored subjects and to protect favored ones.
A lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt has exposed years of Department of Homeland security (DHS) memos, emails, and documents showing that DHS and the FBI are involved in an expansive government effort to influence tech platforms in policing misinformation and disinformation on the origins of COVID-19 pandemic, the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, racial justice, US withdrawal from Afghanistan and the nature of the US support to Ukraine.” As a result, Facebook created a unique portal for DHS and the FBI to report disinformation directly. 8 9
The report by the Republican Staff Report Committee on the Judiciary and the lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt proves the existence of a conspiratorial plan to defraud the American public in the 2016 and 2020 POTUS elections.

ORIGINS OF HOW THE NATIONAL SECURITY DIVISION INTELLIGENCE APPARATUS AND THE FBI WERE WEAPONIZED
House Republicans needs to determine how the National Security Division, National Security Agency, and the FBI used tools of Intelligence as a weapon against its citizenry.
Identify those involved in the National Security agencies and FBI who deceived the American public by using their lie and denial techniques in setting up the Russians as the responsible party in promoting the Steele Trump Russian dossier Hoax.

If the Russians were such a threat to our electoral process, as documented in the Mueller report, why, in March 2016, did President Obama shut down the CIA unit strategic Foreign Denial and Deception Committee (FDDC), the unit responsible for countering the Russian disinformation threat that had been operating for over 30 years? 10
[Note: Former FDDC officials believe the shut- down of the FDDC was a deliberate effort by the leadership of the Obama intelligence community to prevent career intelligence officers from mastering how foreign adversaries – mainly Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran – waged denial and deception, and from studying how to detect and counter it.] 11
Why, in August 2016, did President Obama ignore warnings by the U.S. Intelligence Community at the height of increased Russian cyber threats by issuing a stand-down order for U.S. Intelligence agencies to stand down in countering Russian cyber-attacks? 12

Were forensics conducted on the phones? If so, does it verify contact between Mifsud and the FBI?
Are there any NSA records that show the connection between Mifsud and the FBI?
Did AG Barr and Durham receive a tape from Mifsud's lawyer verifying that Mifsud is a western intelligence source and confirming Mifsud was part of an FBI/CIA operation to target Papadopoulos?
House Republicans getting answers to the above questions will expose the level of corruption and deception to the public by the government with a complicit media. Hopefully, the truth from the House Republican investigations will result in educating and galvanizing the American voters for the 2024 Presidential election that they had been deceived for the last six years by their government about the need to change administrations.
ELECTION INTERFERENCE BY THE OBAMA AND BIDEN ADMINISTRATIONS AND NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCIES IN THE 2016 & 2020 POTUS ELECTION
The release of the declassification in July 2016, notes of CIA Director Brennan, and the September 2016 CIA referral memo to the FBI by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) confirmed the Russians intercepted a conversation with a Clinton campaign official. The intercepted conversation discussed their false flag disinformation conspiracy plan to taint Trump by colluding with the Russians to cover up the Hillary Clinton email scandal. 15
After CIA Director Brennan briefed President Obama on the Russian intercept conversation information, instead of investigating Hillary Clinton and those involved, Director Brennan on July 25, 2016, instructed FBI Director Comey to open up four counterintelligence investigations into Trump and the Trump campaign team. In early September 2016, the CIA sent a referral memo to the FBI to look into the allegations of the Clinton DNC disinformation plan but was ignored by the FBI 16
The significance of Brennan's notes and the CIA referral memo to the FBI is that the documents prove the existence of a conspiratorial plan by Hillary Clinton/DNC to defraud the American public in the 2016 POTUS election. Therefore, the records are documentary evidence confirming the conspiratorial agreement establishing a crime under 18 U.S.C. 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States.
The facts show that the information for the Clinton-DNC paid-for disinformation Steele dossier came from associates within the Clinton and DNC orbits, not the Russians, as part of their Machiavellian plan of making the Russians the responsible party to hide their criminality in framing Trump and his team for crimes they didn’t commit. 17
Durham describes the modus operandi or the means of the conspiracy plan of how the Clinton campaign & DNC lawyers Michael Sussman and Marc Elias implemented the criminal conspiracy scheme. First, they paid a technology company to create falsified documents, white papers, and data files, purporting a secret communications channel between the Trump organization and the Russian-connected Alfa Bank. Secondly, they used this technology company to penetrate Trump Tower, the Trump NY apartment, and the White House server. Thirdly, they provided the information to Steele. Finally, Glen Simpson, founder of Fusion GPS, back in the late 2000s, conceived a legal dirty trick concept of “guilt by association,” on how opposition research” could be used against their political opposition by tying them to Russian Oligarchs and Russian government officials, giving the appearance to the public that they were colluding with the Russians. The Clinton campaign and the DNC took Fusion GPS Glen Simpson’s opposition research idea was criminalized and weaponized by the Clinton-DNC by manufacturing and manipulating opposition research information for criminal purposes in defrauding the American public that Trump and members of his team were colluding with the Russians. [Note: The idea that this was just a dirty campaign trick and not illegal, as purported by the media and their pundits, is wrong: what they did was a crime!] 18 19
CONTINUATION OF THE CONSPIRATORIAL AGREEMENT TO DEFRAUD THE PUBLIC
After the Trump election, Obama and his ilk continued the conspiratorial agreement using manufactured information provided by the conspirators in promoting the dossiers from Steele. These are all criminal overt acts in furtherance of the conspiracy of manufacturing and manipulating evidence to frame Trump and members of his team: Alfa bank ruse, obtaining FISA warrants under false pretense, manipulation of the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA), framing of Flynn, entrapment operations of team trump, formation of the resistance movement within the Government by Obama & Ilk, Ukrainian hoax, withholding Hunter laptop from the public, impeachment trials and Search Warrant on Trump residence.20 21
The leadership level of the DOJ/FBI covered up Hillary Clinton’s criminality of compromising National Security in allowing her to run for POTUS was made at a higher level than the FBI Director or AG Level; it had to be made by President Obama himself. Furthermore, the actions by the conspirators within the DOJ/FBI confirmed they were working on behalf of a Democratic party, with the common purpose of preventing Trump from becoming President as part of the conspiratorial agreement plan
Newly released documents (Case openings for Page, Manafort, and Papadopoulos, under code-named "Crossfire Typhoon." Then on August 16, they opened another FARA case on Flynn under the code name "Crossfire Razor,") as reported in an article by Paul Sperry of RealClearPolitics. Sperry reveals the FBI never had preliminary evidence of a Trump campaign conspiracy with Russia and instead used a rarely enforced statutory relic – the Foreign Agents Registration Act – as the legal rationale for opening investigations in 2016-2017 and surveilling Trump campaign aides.22
The significance of these newly released documents proves the existence of a conspiratorial plan using FARA as the legal predication as the basis for their investigations as a cover to investigative Trump and his team for colluding with the Russians as part of the Hillary/DNC/Obama/Biden’ conspiratorial agreement in interfering in the 2016 election. After Trump election the conspiracy continued using the Trump Russian hoax as the basis to obstruct and destroy Trump’ presidency. Therefore, the records are documentary evidence confirming the conspiratorial agreement establishing a crime under 18 U.S.C. 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States.
Texts and Communications
Strzok-Page text messages, including one from Page that says "potus wants to know everything we're doing." POTUS -- an acronym for President of the United States -- was Barack Obama on Sept. 2, 2016, the date the text was sent from Lisa Page to Peter Strzok. 23
On Nov. 9, 2016, FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page exchanged texts that referred to a “secret society” the day after Trump’s victory. Page texted Strzok saying, “Maybe this should be the first meeting of the Secret Society.” 24
Strzok responded to Page saying, “Too hard to explain here. Election related.” The next day, Strzok texted Page saying, “Bill [Priestap, head of FBI Counterintelligence] just sent a two hour invite to talk strategy. 25
Disgraced former FBI Agent Kevin Clinesmith the day after the 2016 POTUS election, Clinesmith sent a text to another FBI employee stating: "I am so stressed about what I could have done differently…I can't imagine the systematic disassembly of our progress over the last eight years. ACA is gone. Who knows if the rhetoric about deporting people, walls and crap is true? I honestly feel like there is going to be a lot more gun issues, too. the crazies won finally. This is the tea party on steroids. And the GOP is going to be lost, they have to deal with an incumbent in 4 years. We have to fight this again. Also, Pence is stupid. 26
Two weeks later, Clinesmith sent another text to another FBI employee about the amount of money paid to the subject of an FBI investigation while working on the Trump campaign. The FBI Colleague responded, "Is it making you rethink your commitment to the Trump Administration," Clinesmith replied," Hell no," and added Viva le resistance."
Email was sent by FBI agent Kevin Helson to unknown recipients on Jan. 12, 2017. The email’s heading reads “Plan to Convert Danchenko into Confidential Human Source (CHS).” 27
The email proves that the FBI intended to hide Steele’s main source behind CHS status after they had previously discovered Steele couldn’t back up the claims in his dossier despite their offer of $1 million to him for any corroboration. As a CHS, Danchenko also would be shielded from any external investigations and those of Congress.
The FBI terminated Danchenko as the source on October 20, 2020. FBI hiding Danchenko role from Congress is an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy to defraud the public and obstruct the Executive Branch, it extends the conspiracy statute of limitations to October 2025.
The fact of documentary evidence of texts and communications showing their hatred of Trump, their radical ideology, and their operations is evidence of their knowledge and intent in furtherance of the conspiracy to defraud the American public.
The DOJ, FBI, and Mueller team failed to investigate the Podesta brothers, Christopher Steele, Joseph Mifsud, Charles Dolan’s ties to Russia, and Hillary/DNC.’s plan to interfere in the 2016 election to taint Trump with Russian collusion.
The actions by the DOJ/FBI/Mueller Team proves that a conspiracy existed and continued by design as part of a plan, not wishful thinking. Furthermore, their actions illustrate their complicity in a pattern of collaboration and a continuation of “the cancel culture” plot as part of the Hillary/DNC/Obama/Biden conspiratorial agreement.
The DOJ/FBI had Hunter Biden’s laptop since December 2019 yet failed to investigate allegations of influencing peddling scandal involving President Biden and his family; failing to investigate claims and hiding the information from the public and Congress during the 2020 election is an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy to defraud the public. [Note: The Hunter Biden Laptop investigation stands on its own merits and is separate from the Trump-Russian hoax conspiracy. However, the actions by the FBI show a pattern of collaboration and are overt acts in furtherance of the continuation of the original conspiratorial agreement in interfering in a POTUS election and obstructing the Executive branch.]
Tony Bobulinski was the business partner of Hunter Biden and his uncle, Jim Biden, the President's brother, as they attempted to put together deals with foreign actors. 28
Bobulinski made allegations implicating President Biden, Hunter Biden, and Jim Biden in an influence-peddling scheme with the Chinese government.
Bobulinski stated Timothy Thibault, who was made the FBI's point man on the information brought by Bobulinski, never followed up.
Bobulinski says he provided Thibault and the FBI with thousands of pages of proof, including emails, text messages, recorded phone calls, and actual business documents. Bobulinski stated the F.B.I. sat on the investigation through the 2020 election, thereby depriving the public of information that almost certainly would have swayed enough votes to change the outcome and re-elect Donald Trump.29 [Note: Thibault allegedly hide the Hunter Biden laptop from the Congress and the public.]
Comparing the three investigations by the conspirators within the FBI and DOJ into Candidate and President Trump with that of Hillary Clinton and the Hunter Biden laptop, the facts show that there was a two-tier justice system operating within the FBI and the DOJ exposing how corrupted the judicial system had become under the Obama and Biden administrations. [Note: If Hillary Clinton had been elected as President in 2016, the American public would have never known the extent and scope of how politically corrupted the system had become.]
Criminal law violations by Clinton, her aides, Joe Biden, and his family were ignored or not pursued. In the Trump investigation, no stone was unturned and innocent people of team Trump were framed and charged with crimes they didn’t commit.
Some of the same DOJ/FBI Supervisory personnel under the Obama Administration involved in the Crossfire Hurricane and Mueller investigations were also involved in the decisions to hide the Hunter Biden laptop and now hold similar positions of authority in the Biden administration, criminalizing political differences and going after its citizenry.
Therefore, the records are documentary evidence confirming the conspiratorial agreement establishing a crime under 18 U.S.C. 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States.
ROLES OF THE MEDIA AND BIG TECH PROMOTING DISINFORMATION, SUPPRESSION AND CENSURE OF FREE SPEECH
This “cancel culture” plot to promote the big lies and to suppress and censor free speech in the public forum consists of the remnants from the Obama administration, the Biden administration, the Democratic party, their political allies in the compliant media cartel, Big Tech, and those in the entertainment field. 30
It bears noting that none of this governmental corruption could have continued or survived without the assistance of a compliant media cartel. If the media had fulfilled its traditional role as an honest broker of the facts envisioned by the founders in holding the government accountable to its citizenry, the Country would not be in a mess it's in today. Instead, the media exposed their complicity by abandoning all journalistic standards and ethics in taking direction from the Obama and Biden administrations and the Democratic party. This disinformation campaign took down a US Presidency with a total disregard for the adverse consequences to National Security and the Rule of Law.
HOLDING THOSE ACCOUNTABLE IN THE BIGGEST CORRUPTION SCANDAL IN US HISTORY, THE TRUMP-RUSSIAN HOAX. THERE IS STILL A PATHWAY TO ACCOUNTABILITY
In a commentary piece for the Washington Examiner on November 3, 2022, former Attorney General (AG) Bill Barr said there would be no FBI accountability after the Russian gate debacle. Barr’s comments raise serious questions about why there is no accountability when DOJ under AG Barr watch had two years to conduct a conspiracy investigation of those involved at the highest levels but chose not to do so. 31
When someone in government does something terrible, they cannot get away with it. So, you give people a voice. You hold guilty people accountable. Nothing else matters; letting people get away with it dictates the government we deserve. Transparency is through the freedom of the press. However, the problem is that we have a corrupted media.
The only way to restore the public trust and hold those accountable behind the Trump Russian Collusion hoax is for the Federal Government to conduct a full scope conspiracy investigation. U.S. Conspiracy statutes are the most effective law enforcement tools in holding conspirators responsible for the Trump-Russian collusion hoax crimes with more significant consequences.
The research and evidence show that Durham has established a prima facie conspiracy case in meeting all the elements of the crime of Conspiracy. However, he didn’t investigate the whole scope or extent of the Hillary/DNC/Obama/Biden conspiratorial agreement to interfere in the 2016 and 2020 elections and obstruct the Trump Presidency in holding any of the conspirators accountable.
A conspiracy to commit the offense to impair, obstruct or defeat the lawful function of the Executive Branch and means to interfere with or obstruct one of its proper government functions by deceit, craft, or trickery.
The standards included dishonest services fraud in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 371, which is the general conspiracy statute where two or more people conspired to defraud the United States.
In the two indictments, Durham documented the "means" to interfere with or obstruct by deceit, craft, or trickery by the conspirators knowingly using the Shearer memo dossier and the "Steele Dossier," in both documents, was manufactured or manipulated to deceive the American people.

A new President will have 11 months left in 2025 to have the Attorney General investigate and hold those accountable who were involved in the Conspiratorial agreement in the Trump-Russian collusion scandal, as the statute of limitations doesn’t expire until October 2025.
DOJ needs to conduct a conspiracy investigation for prosecution purposes before the Conspiracy statute expires in October 2025. This would not be a monumental task because most of the evidence has already been collected and documented in the two investigations by Durham and the DOJ Inspector general.
An experienced Prosecutor with a team of investigators could assemble all the information to meet the sufficiency of evidence standards for court purposes in less than six months.
The two significant issues: Trump Russian Collusion Hoax and the weaponization and politicalizing of the National Security Agencies by the Obama and Biden Administrations, are intertwined. Unless the next Congress takes action to stop the political weaponization and the corruption of our National Security agencies, and the next President holds those accountable for the greatest corruption conspiracy scandal in U.S. history it won't matter who gets elected as it will be business as usual, and the political weaponization and corruption will continue unabated.
So, the questions for the American public, legal establishment and Congress are, how can we move forward in restoring public trust in the Rule of Law, if no one is held accountable? Lastly, has the American public become complacent from all the false reporting by the media that the Rule of Law no longer matters?
