In the past year, many media articles have tried to explain how we went from a nation of laws to a government where those in charge of enforcing the law are breaking the law.
For almost three years, I have been researching how a Hillary Clinton/Democrat National Committee (DNC) disinformation document, the so-called Steele dossier became the centerpiece for the National Security agencies, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Department of Justice (DOJ), investigations of Trump and members of his team.
Based upon my 30 years of experience as a Federal Criminal Investigator (1811) in conducting complex conspiracy and governmental corruption investigations, I began working on my investigative analysis of the Trump-Russian collusion hoax using the same investigative approach used in DEA "Operation Reciprocity," in determining why the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) and DOJ/CIA Inspector General's check and balance systems failed and how all this madness occurred.
[Note: "Operation Reciprocity" was a DOJ/DEA detailed plan to use U.S. courts to prosecute the Senior Taliban Leadership and allied drug lords who supplied more than 90 percent of the world's heroin whose drug profits were financing the growing insurgency and killing American troops. The operational strategy consisted of reviewing mountains of U.S. and Afghan evidence into a 940-page prosecution plan that detailed a decade-long complex conspiracy case against Taliban leaders and drug lords, traffickers, money launderers, and other alleged associates.] 1
The review of the Trump-Russian hoax consisted of reviewing the voluminous amount of open-source media reporting by comparing the information with the facts in declassified documents and government investigative findings. The results documented in eight individual sub-stacks answers the 5 W's and the How questions and lay out the scope and extent of the criminal conspiracy by the Clinton-DNC-Obama-Biden scheme to destroy the Trump Presidency. In addition, the sub-stacks explained the relevancy of evidence uncovered by the Durham Investigation. Finally, they provided a road map for Congressional House Oversight Investigators and readers to connect the dots about this conspiracy's threat to U.S. Democracy by weaponizing and politicizing the National Security agencies. 2 3 4
The Obama and Biden administrations have weaponized the DOJ and FBI as a political instrument to go after those that opposed them in implementing their political agenda by criminalizing political differences. [Note: Allan Dershowitz, the famed law scholar, has warned the nation since 2018 about the dangers of weaponizing political differences and the threat to civil liberties, the Justice system, and the Rule of Law.] 5
Let us start by looking at how the organizers of this Machiavellian-designed plan used the lies and fear technique to convince over half the nation that Trump, and his team members colluded with the Russians. The problem for the country is the government, media, and Big Tech is hiding the truth from the public of the conspiracy plan to destroy President Trump.
The DNC Steele dossier formed the foundation centerpiece for the Hillary-DNC-Obama-Biden-designed conspiracy plan against Candidate Trump and, after the election of President Trump, the continuation of the project. In addition, Hillary Clinton, DNC, and the Obama administration established a pattern of circular media reporting in a coordinated disinformation media campaign. Using manufactured disinformation from the Steele dossier and leaking classified information to selective media outlets, Hillary Clinton, DNC, and the Obama administration were able to deceive the American public that the Russians favored Trump over Hillary Clinton, resulting in polling that indicated 55% of the people believed Trump was an illegitimate President. 6 7 8 9
The release of the declassification of July 2016 notes of CIA Director Brennan and the September 2016 CIA referral memo to the FBI by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) confirms in July 2016, a conversation of a Clinton campaign official was intercepted by the Russians discussing their disinformation plan to taint Trump with colluding with the Russians to cover up Hillary Clinton email scandal. 10
CIA Director Brennan briefed President Obama on the Russian intercept conversation. Then, instead of investigating Hillary Clinton and those involved, Director Brennan instructed FBI Director Comey on July 25, 2016, to open up four counterintelligence investigations into Trump and Trump's campaign team. Which begs the question, why did President Obama allow these investigations to go forward after being briefed by Director Brennan if Obama knew this was a plan by the Clinton campaign and DNC to taint Trump with Russian collusion?
In early September 2016, the CIA sent a referral memo to the FBI to look into the allegations of the Clinton DNC disinformation plan, but the FBI ignored it.
The significance of Brennan's notes and the CIA referral memo to the FBI is that the documents prove the existence of a designed conspiracy plan to defraud the American public in the 2016 POTUS election by the Clinton campaign, the DNC, and the Obama administration that meets the elements of the crime to defraud the U.S. in violation of 18 USC 371. 11
The DOJ and the FBI told the country that the Russians had interfered in the 2016 election. Yet actions by President Obama of shutting down U.S. countermeasures go against the Russian interference narrative sold to the public by the Media, Mueller report, Obama and Biden administrations that the Russians were the responsible party. 12 13 14
For the last six years, no one in the government, including Special Counsels Mueller and Durham, has failed to investigate the origins of Hillary Clinton-DNC Obama-Biden's design plan to destroy Trump through the lens of a conspiracy investigation in following the evidence to its logical conclusion.
The Mueller team and the FBI investigation ignored Hillary Clinton-DNC's plan to interfere in the 2016 election, John Podesta's ties to Russian oligarchs and government officials, Steele's and Bruce Ohr's ties to Oleg Deripaska and other Russian Oligarchs with links to the Russian government.
While Durham's investigative and prosecution efforts centered on conducting single-focus investigations on lying to the FBI instead of investigating the scope and extent of the conspiracy and holding those accountable.
So far, Durham's prosecution efforts have been unsuccessful in his two court trials. However, Durham's efforts did establish a prima facie conspiracy case involving widespread deception in meeting the criminal elements for 18 USC 371. 1516
The "cancel culture" cabal is a political instrument of both the Obama and Biden Administrations and the Democratic party to unilaterally demand (often through violent protests and property destruction by mob action) changes to the history, culture, and institutions of the United States of America based on their radical ideology and political narrative to change America, without considering opposing views and descriptions.
The media, the former Obama and current Biden administrations, and the Democratic party view the opposition political party as the enemy calling former President Trump and the Republican party extremists, gaslighting political differences by calling for the prosecution of a former President and prosecuting former Presidential advisors over executive privilege.
Their most tremendous success was using these big lies and fear strategies in stereotyping Trump, his supporters, the MAGA movement, and Republicans as the targets of their hatred. Specifically, they made Trump, his family, and his businesses the focal point of their hatred. It explains Trump derangement syndrome, but when you ask them why they hate Trump, they cannot articulate or provide any specific reasons why they hate him other than repeating the propaganda lies said to them by the media or the administration.
With these big tech media outlets, the media and the government have been conducting a deception, disinformation, and suppression campaign to deceive the public in a search for the truth. They ignored the biggest corruption scandal in U.S. history, the Hillary-DNC-Obama plan to destroy Trump. Instead, they created this illusion, "the Twilight Zone," that Trump threatens our democracy without supporting evidence. Lastly, the media and big tech have attempted to discredit anyone reporting the Hillary Clinton-DNC Obama-Biden's design conspiracy plan by labeling them as conspiracy theorists.
The government media disinformation and suppression campaign has made the public so confused and desensitized. The government and the media lie so much that the public can no longer separate the lies from the truth. Unfortunately, the press still writes false stories after stories of hearsay after hearsay, rumors, innuendos, and unverified information from anonymous sources as facts.
The media exposed their complicity by abandoning all journalistic standards and ethics in taking direction from the Obama & Biden administrations and the Democratic party. Their actions resulted in taking down a U.S. Presidency with a total disregard for the adverse consequences to National Security and the Rule of Law.17 18
The 2016 and 2020 POTUS elections exposed the systemic corruption within our governmental institutions of how these institutions were weaponized and politicalized by the Obama and Biden administrations. The Trump-Russian hoax illustrates how radical ideology has replaced the Rule of Law, where the Rule of Law is not working. The corruption at the DOJ and FBI, whose mission is to protect the nation from foreign and domestic adversaries, has been subverted by the Obama and Biden administrations and the Democratic party. Instead of equally enforcing the law, the DOJ and FBI selectively use it to punish Americans who disagree with their radical agenda and ignore those on the left who break the law.
The question the Congressional House Oversight Committee needs to ask both SCs Mueller and Durham is why they didn't conduct a conspiracy investigation in following the investigative leads to its logical conclusions?
Both Special Counsels Mueller and Durham not pursuing or conducting a conspiracy investigation has left the nation in a significant predicament; how will those involved in the greatest corruption scandal 'The Trump-Russian Hoax" conspiracy, ever be held accountable in a court of law?
The failure of the OPR and the Inspector General's check and balance system to detect and uncover the weaponization, politicization, and corruption of the National Security agencies directly impacts the Rule of Law and the American people's trust in the justice system. It should be a significant focus for the Congressional House Oversight Committee as to why OPR and IGs system of checks and balances failed.
The million-dollar question for those in the Congressional House Oversight Committee and the DOJ is how does the nation go forward without resolving the weaponization of the National Security agencies and holding those accountable for the greatest sedition conspiracy in U.S. history?
