"THE ABSURDITY OF IT ALL"

The information presented is for the Country's benefit in educating the average American and the misinformed citizens not versed in the Rule of Law for a search for the truth by separating the facts from the lies. Shows the absurdity of the lies told by the Government, the mainstream corporate social media, and Big Tech by exposing the corruption and the two-tier justice system so each person, regardless of party affiliation, can determine whether or not the information has merit in making an informed decision in the 2024 election based upon the facts, not on emotions or disinformation.

How did the Country reach this point where objectivity, common sense, and facts no longer apply in a search for the truth in the public square and are instead replaced by emotions, irrational thoughts, and false narratives where the lies become the truth?

Hitler Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels showed the world how you turned words into a weapon of mass destruction, "The Big Lie Theory." Goebbels stated, "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic, and military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie. Thus, by extension, the truth is the State's greatest enemy." ¹

Hitler promised Germany a return to greatness and a way out of the great depression by playing the fear card, making the German Jewish population and other undesirables the object of hatred by blaming the Jews as why Germany lost WWI and suffered economically. Once Hitler gained power, he used the power of the State to suppress those who disagreed with his policies by using lawfare (Criminalizing) those who were a threat to the new world order, the Nazi's Third Reich.  

Can anyone imagine if Hitler and Goebbels, in the 1930s, had the information tools of today's mainstream corporate social media platforms to control the messaging, what the world would look like today? Look at the Congressional testimony of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Wray warning of how Chinese Hackers are 'The Defining Threat of Our Generation" to illustrate the dangers of social media platforms in shaping and swaying public opinion. ²

Isn't this what is occurring today, where the Biden Administration is using the same tactics employed by Hitler and the Chinese to deceive the American public, using the newest social media influencers platforms in promoting "The Big Lie Theory," dangerously swaying public opinion by making Trump the object of their hatred by vilifying him as a threat to Democracy? After Biden assumed power, his administration continued with the Obama administration's plan of social media dominance with a complicit media and Big Tech by implementing the Leftist radical DEI ideology throughout the Federal Bureaucracy. The Biden Administration used the power of the Federal Government, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the FBI to repress dissent by criminalizing its citizenry and political opponents who oppose BIDEN's radical Marxist Socialist policies. ³ ⁴ ⁵

How ridiculous it is that mainstream corporate media, social media influencers, Big Tech, the Biden Administration, and democratically elected officials put out the false narrative that Trump was Hitler and that if elected, it would be the end of Democracy. When the American public had four years to observe and see the results of Trump's policies, which didn't end Democracy, showing how insane and unhinged the Left's narrative is comparing Trump to Hitler, a mass murderer who killed millions of people. ⁶

The Left continues to embrace and operate by the "Big Lie Theory" playbook, knowing that they cannot win the battle of ideas in a search for the truth. There is no evidence that during Trump's tenure as president the Trump administration used the power of the State to go after his political opponents, interfere in the so-called "Mueller investigation," censor or suppress the rights of its citizenry. Because there isn't any evidence, it is just another example of how the Left implemented the "Big Lie Theory" in lying to the American people.

The Biden administration has done everything to falsely accuse the Trump administration of having done what their administration did. The overarching principle driving the policies of the Biden administration is to undo everything done by the policies of the Trump Administration; This stupidly unimaginative game plan has resulted in disastrous consequences and damage to our nation in virtually every sphere: Immigration, Foreign policy, Energy Independance, Domestic and Foreign trade and commerce. It’s increased division and polarization among the American people, and politically weaponized the machinery of the Federal Government against our people so brazenly and transparently that it is hard to denied, as our culture and our national identity are being destroyed.

The Government, our elected representatives, and those in the Federal Bureaucracy and the judiciary take an oath to uphold the Constitution to protect the rights of the accused and its citizens. However, the Biden administration and leadership within the Federal Bureaucracy betrayed their oath to follow the Constitution. Instead, they ignore the safeguards established under the Constitution: separation of powers, checks, and balances, and equal representation set up to protect its citizenry against a tyrannical government. They picked and chose what laws to enforce or ignore, such as Biden's failure to protect our Country's borders by not enforcing immigration law, allowing an invasion of millions of illegals into the Country, which is overwhelming and destroying the fabric of American culture and social safety net system set up for people with low incomes. Worse, Biden, by not enforcing our immigration laws and not protecting our borders, has put our nation's security at risk by not fulfilling his Constitutional duty. ⁷ ⁸

The mainstream corporate social media lies so much that the public can no longer separate the lies from the truth. Unfortunately, the media and their surrogates in social media have failed to do their due diligence in reporting the facts. Instead, they report false stories after stories of hearsay after hearsay, rumors, innuendos, and unverified information from anonymous sources as facts. The media, Big Tech, and social media influencers exposed their complicity by abandoning all journalistic standards and ethics by taking direction from the Obama and Biden administrations and the Marxist Socialist Democratic Party. The leading mainstream corporate media and big Tech companies are no longer factfinders in the search for the truth; They have become propagandist platforms in the service of the progressive Marxist Socialist Democratic Party in promoting its radical leftist ideology. ⁹ ¹⁰ ¹¹ ¹² ¹³

The Biden administration, the mainstream corporate social media, and those on the Left are playing a dangerous game by gaslighting the American public with their threatening rhetoric of calling half of the country extremists and a threat to Democracy. Numerous media articles have surfaced talking about planning a Military coup, calling on their followers to riot and commit acts of violence in the streets, and boosting that they will follow the same game plan in 2020 by rigging the 2024 election to stop Trump from being elected President.  ¹⁴ ¹⁵ ¹⁶ ¹⁷ ¹⁸

Let's illustrate how absurd these government and social media lies are by looking at how the Obama and Biden administrations, with a complicit mainstream corporate social media and Big Tech, implemented the "Big Lie Theory" in concocting the three biggest lies: Trump-Russian Collusion Hoax, the January 6 Insurrection Hoax, and the 2020 election fraud hoax.

Lie Number One: Trump-Russian Collusion Hoax!

On May 17, 2017, Robert Mueller, a long-time respected employee of the DOJ, was appointed by Trump administration Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as Special Counsel to investigate Russia's interference in the 2016 presidential election and allegations Trump and his team's involvement in that interference to determine if they colluded with the Russians.

Under this appointment order, Mueller hand-picked a team of 19 partisan Democratic affiliated lawyers led principally by his deputy, Andrew Weissman. After conducting a 22-month investigation at the cost of over 30 million dollars, the Mueller team issued a report with findings, the primary point being that they found no evidence during the investigation to prove that Trump or members of his team colluded with the Russians or interfered in the 2016 election.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller stated that "the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities." ¹⁹ ²⁰ ²¹ ²²

Notably, the Mueller investigation resulted from an order issued by Trump's DOJ, specifically Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

On May 19, 2019, long-time DOJ employee John Durham, a 30-year Federal Prosecutor, was designated by the Trump administration Attorney General Willam Bar to review the origins of the FBI—Russian investigations into Trump's 2016 campaign and its alleged ties to Russia. During his career as a Federal Prosecutor, Durham had worked under the DOJs of administrations of both political parties. He was well respected and had been previously assigned to conduct other special investigations.

On October 19, 2020, AG Barr elevated Durham's status to that of Special Counsel, allowing Durham the authority to continue investigating whether CIA and FBI law enforcement violated the Law in investigating the 2016 Trump presidential campaign after Trump left office.

The "Durham investigation" took approximately three years for six million dollars. The investigation concluded with a report finding, among other things, that the Steele Dossier was bogus and that the claim of an "extensive conspiracy" existence in the Trump campaign and the Kremlin was false and invented out of whole cloth by former Brookings Institution policy analyst Igor Danchenko, a Russian national on Steele's payroll and who had been under investigation by the FBI for espionage; Olga Galkina, a Cyprus-based Russian national who was a press secretary to a Russian tech company living in Cyprus; she had ambitions of joining the State Department under Hillary Clinton if she won the presidential election; and Democratic National Committee (DNC) operative Charles Dolan who had lengthy ties to the Democratic Party and was a registered agent for the Russian Government.  ²³ ²⁴ ²⁵

Here are the Key salient points of Durham's findings:

1. "Steele Dossier"—consisted almost entirely of rumors, innuendo, and outright falsehoods fabricated by Russian "sources," were suspected Russian Spy Igor Danchenko, under espionage investigation by the FBI, Olga Galkina, a Cyprus-based Russian national who was a press secretary to a Russian tech company and DNC operative Charles Dolan registered Russian agent reporting to former British spy Christopher Steele.

2. Durham's indictment of Michael Sussmann and other court filings reveal how senior members of Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign formed a "joint venture" with lawyers, opposition researchers, foreign nationals, and computer data analysts to produce false opposition research against then-candidate Donald Trump and aggressively disseminated that disinformation to reporters, the FBI, and others. 

3. The DOJ/FBI used the Steele Dossier as the centerpiece for their investigations/cases into Trump and his team without any creditable legal evidence. 

4. According to Durham's indictment of former Perkins Coie law firm attorney Michael Sussmann, he directed an effort by a group of computer scientists, including Rodney Joffe, April Lorenzen, and others, to manufacture a false narrative that the Trump organization and the Kremlin had a secret channel of communications. 

5. During the summer of 2016, Danchenko, Dolan, and Galkina "traded gossip" and spoke frequently, according to interviews and emails. In a September 2016 email to a Russian associate, Galkina stated that Dolan would "take me to the State Department if Hillary wins." 

6. According to Danchenko's interviews with the FBI, Galkina was a source of information on the Trump campaign's ties to the Kremlin. Galkina was Danchenko's source for the allegations that Michael Cohen met with Russian officials in Prague in August or September 2016 and that Carter Page met with Igor Diveykin, a senior Kremlin official—an allegation later cited by the FBI in its FISA application to surveil Page. Yet, the name of Igor Diveykin does not even appear in Mueller's report.

7. Proved federal law enforcement was weaponized by shielding the Hillary Clinton Campaign and persecuting the Donald Trump campaign. Yet despite the damning evidence, most of the media are treating the Durham report as a "nothing burger." The DOJ and the FBI covered up Hillary Clinton's pay-for-play influencing scheme using the Clinton Foundation

8. Durham determined that there was no evidence of Trump-Russian Collusion, and that the FBI never had any legal basis to open up its investigations into Trump and his team members.

The DOJ/FBI lied to the public when the FBI said the origins of their Crossfire Hurricane investigation of Trump began in May 2016 with the meeting between Australian Ambassador Downer and Papadopoulos, when the facts show that the true origins of the Clinton-DNC-Obama-Biden seditious Conspiracy plan started in December 2015 when the British Intelligence Service advised CIA Director Brennan of intercepted conversations of Russian Officials discussing Trump.

However, despite evidence to the contrary, former Obama and Biden officials, the mainstream corporate social media, and leadership within the Democratic party ignored the Mueller and Durham findings and continue to this day to promote the "Big Lie" theory that Trump, and his team colluded with the Russians. 

A great example of this is when Tony Blinken, a former Obama official and current Secretary of State for the Biden Administration, was implicated by former Obama CIA Director Morell, who said that Blinken was behind orchestrating the disinformation letter from the 51 intelligence officials. In a sworn interview, Morell had admitted it was Joe Biden's presidential campaign that prompted the infamous letter in which Morell and 50 fellow former intelligence officials falsely claimed that material from Hunter Biden's laptop published by The New York Post before the 2020 election was Russian disinformation. ²⁶

Updated Information: After four years the Department of Justice denounces the claims by the 51 former Intelligence officials and the Biden administration that the Hunter’s laptop was Russian disinformation.²⁷

Lie Number Two: January 6 was an Insurrection!

Let's look at what the Biden administration, the Democratic-led House Impeachment Committee, and the mainstream corporate social media repeatedly told the public on January 6.

That January 6 protest was a dire threat to the very fabric of our nation: The worst assault on "our democracy" since 9/11, since Pearl Harbor, since the Civil War! President Joe Biden said that the January 6 protest at the Capitol was "the worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War."

They trotted out so-called legal experts from various law schools and think tanks who claimed that what occurred on January 6 was an insurrection. Yet these experts stay silent on the Government's failure to stop the violence in providing the necessary security measures beforehand to secure the Capitol and looting and violence by the Radical Left during the Summer of Love, ignoring the destruction of government property and injuries to Federal Officers, calling the Summer of Love riots peaceful protests. 

The Government wants you to believe this was an insurrection by an unruly armed mob to overthrow the Government. Yet, the only ones armed with weapons were the Capitol Police and Federal Agents. I have never heard of an unarmed mob overthrowing a government. Let's look at the facts: the FBI had infiltrated the groups who were planning violence weeks ahead of January 6 and yet did nothing to stop the people involved before inciting violence. President Trump offered 10,000 National Guard troops to protect the Capitol grounds. Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Elizabeth Bowser and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi turned down Trump's offer. The Government was negligent and bore some responsibility for what occurred on January 6. The Government could have prevented this by arresting those for plotting violence and implementing appropriate security measures beforehand to secure the Capitol; the Government did neither. ²⁸ ²⁹³⁰ ³¹

Updated information: Since January 6, 2021, Nancy Pelosi spent 3+ years and nearly $20 million creating a narrative to blame Donald Trump. NEW FOOTAGE shows on January 6, Pelosi ADMITTED: "I take responsibility." Also, Pelosi in her own words admitted they were waiting for Trump to show up at the Capitol showing why the National Guard wasn’t deployed in timely manner. If Trump had shown up at the Capitol would have allowed DOJ to charge Trump with the same charges as the DOJ used on the thousands of January 6th participants arrested and charged with obstructing an Official proceeding. This information was withheld from the public and was exculpatory information and proves the second impeachment of Trump was a sham illustrating how they manufactured the false narrative that Trump committed a crime by inciting the violence on January 6th when the new evidence shows that January 6th could have been prevented. ³² ³³

The newly released January 6th videos show it was a riot that got out of control, not an insurrection as portrayed in the House impeachment hearings on Trump after he left office. The fact that they lied to the public that five police officers died on January 6 when the truth is the only persons who died on that day were two unarmed female protesters, both at the hands of Capitol police officers. Four out of the Five Police officers whom they falsely claimed had been killed on January 6 as a result of the riot committed suicide, and the other officer died of natural causes. Using their deaths to concoct a false narrative for political purposes to deceive the public is indefensible. ³⁴

The New York Times and other mainstream corporate media sites repeatedly reported that Capitol Police Officer Brian D. Sicknick was overpowered, beaten, and killed by the PRO-TRUMP Mob. They even tried to convince the public that Sicknick's death was a result of being sprayed with Bear spray. ³⁵

One problem with mainstream corporate media reporting is that the video evidence and facts contradict their reporting. Newly released video footage of January 6, reported by the New York Post, shows an uninjured Officer Sicknick on January 6, walking peacefully with protestors in the hallway inside the Capitol Building and showing conclusive proof that Officer Sicknick's death wasn't a result of the riot or being sprayed with bear spray. Tucker Carlson shows the first of his Jan. 6 footage, calls it ‘mostly peaceful chaos’. ³⁶ ³⁷

Autopsy findings revealed that Officer Sicknick suffered two strokes at the base of the brain stem caused by a blood clot and died of natural causes, not due to any injuries sustained on January 6 as purported by the media, those on the Left and the second House Impeachment Committee. ³⁸

During the House impeachment hearings, the House Managers conducted legal malfeasance by selectively editing cherry-picked videos to promote the Insurrection lie and withheld videos showing a majority of protesters entering the Capitol building peacefully walking the halls of Congress with the Capitol Police. They left out Trump's words telling the crowd to march peacefully to the Capitol to make their voices heard. They withheld exculpatory evidence of the testimony of the Secret Service Drive that said the claim that Trump tried to take control of the vehicle was bogus. Most of what the House Managers told the nation about what occurred on January 6th were lies. ³⁹⁴⁰ ⁴¹ ⁴² ⁴³

According to the New York Post, the former Democratic-controlled House Select Committee on January 6 reportedly deleted 117 files containing "critical information" before Republicans took back the majority in the House of Representatives. The House Administration Committee's Oversight Subcommittee, which is investigating both the 2021 Capitol Riot and the previous Democrat-led inquiry into the riot, learned that as the House transitioned to GOP control in 2023, more than 100 files were encrypted and purged from hard drives.

In a court filing in a civil case in California, the House Impeachment Committee's lawyers laid out their theory of a potential criminal case against former president Trump for the first time. They said they had accumulated evidence demonstrating that Mr. Trump, the conservative lawyer John Eastman, and other allies could potentially be charged with criminal violations, including obstructing an official proceeding of Congress and Conspiracy to defraud the American people. The filing also said there was evidence that Mr. Trump's repeated lies that the election had been stolen amounted to common law fraud. ⁴⁴

Lastly, Special Counsel (SC) Smith didn't charge Trump with an insurrection in his indictments; instead, he used the House Committee Lawfare's blueprint of never-applied legal theories, as the New York Times reported, to create the false narrative that January 6 was an insurrection and that there was no election fraud. Both lies are the legal underpinnings of SC Smith's indictment charging Trump with election interference using lawfare theory to destroy Trump's bid to be elected President. ⁴⁵

The recent legal ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court and decision by the State of Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows disqualifying Trump from the ballots in Colorado and Maine based upon media reporting that Trump caused an insurrection not based upon any factual evidence defies legal reasoning and shows how politicalize the system has become. 

As renowned legal scholars Jonathan Turley and Alan Dershowitz have pointed out, January 6 was not an insurrection but a riot that got out of control. Both predict that the Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado and Maine decisions. ⁴⁶ ⁴⁷

[Note: On March 4, 2024, the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 and overturned the Colorado Supreme Court and Maine Secretary of State decision in taking off Trump off the ballot. Both Turley and Dershowitz legal predications were correct.] ⁴⁸

Lie Number Three, the Federal Government told the nation that there was "no evidence" of fraud in the 2020 election and that the 2020 election was the most secure in U.S. history! ⁴⁹

The Best Evidence Rule: Those involved admitted how they rigged the 2020 election in their own words, and a 2020 report obtained from the Government proves they knew the election was ripe for fraud by mail in voting, yet the government hid the 2020 report from the public, expressing their concerns. Their admissions and actions show their contempt and lack of respect for the American people through their arrogance in telling the Country how they rigged the election and that they are in charge. That there's nothing the public can do about it. ⁵⁰

Time magazine's February 15, 2021, cover story pulls back the curtain on a "conspiracy" among a "well-funded cabal of powerful people" in an "extraordinary shadow effort" that successfully pushed Trump from office on how they rigged the 2020 election. ⁵¹ ⁵²

"In a way, Trump was right," writes Time national political correspondent Molly Ball. "There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes." She later describes this "conspiracy" as something that "sounds like a paranoid fever dream — a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information." ⁵³

Epoch Times reported the results of a 2020 government report obtained from a Freedom of Information Act request by America First Legal, showing the Government knew that using mail-in ballots made the voting system ripe for fraud. They hid the report from the public. Instead, the Government, specifically the FBI in conclusion with Big Tech, suppressed and censored Americans' allegations of fraud by using mail-in ballots, labeling the allegations as disinformation. ⁵⁴

Three years after the 2020 election, evidence keeps emerging showing thousands of ballots that were illegally cast in the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin that allegedly impacted the outcome of the 2020 election. ⁵⁵⁵⁶ ⁵⁷ ⁵⁸ ⁵⁹

While this evidence does not change the fact that Joe Biden is President, you would think our elected officials in both political parties and the government entity responsible for protecting the integrity of the voting system, the DOJ/FBI Civil Rights Division, would have conducted a Federal investigation into the 2020 election for the sake of the Country to determine if legal voters were disenfranchisement by restoring the public trust by transparency and putting in safeguards in preventing a repeat in the 2024 elections. The DOJ and the FBI are the two agencies charged with statutory authority who would investigate the rigging of US POTUS elections. Yet both the DOJ/FBI claim there was no rigging or voter election fraud in the 2020 election, so the American public is blindly expected to accept the word of the DOJ/FBI in light of the fact of the corruption and politicalizing of the DOJ/FBI, which has been exposed in the Trump Russian hoax and Hunter Biden laptop matter. To illustrate the insanity, some on the Left are concerned about Trump cheating in the 2024 election. They should demand voter ID and paper ballots instead of promoting ballot harvesting. ⁶⁰ ⁶¹ ⁶²

The evidence uncovered in these state election cases vindicates Trump's comments to the public that the 2020 election was rigged and is exculpatory evidence; however, the trial Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is presiding over SC Smith's case in Washington, DC, against former President Donald Trump, denied Trump's right to due process by denying a motion by the former President seeking exculpatory materials that the House Committee investigating January 6, 2021, did not turn over to the National Archives calling Trump motion a "fishing expedition.," despite evidence to the contrary. ⁶³

ACCOUNTABLITY-DOES THE RULE OF LAW MATTER?

In less than 11 months, the American people will go to the polls and determine which path this Country will take and how this American Greek tragedy will play out.

We will all discover if we are a nation comprised of a "majority of fools," a term described by Mark Twain, an American writer, humorist, essayist, entrepreneur, publisher, and lecturer. Twain said, "The Truth has no defense against a fool determined to believe a lie." ⁶⁴

Or will we become a nation of "Useless idiots," a term described by Yuri Bezmenov, an alleged KGB press and propaganda agent, APN journalist, later defector/informant, and anti-communist author, stating "leftists are people who idealistically believe in the beauty of the Soviet socialist or Communist or whatever system, when they get disillusioned, they become the worst enemies? When they see that Marxist-Leninists come to power— they get offended—thinking that they will come to power. That will never happen, of course. They will be lined up against the wall and shot." ⁶⁵

Or are we a nation that wakes up and sees they have been lied to by those in trusted institutions? As Abraham Lincoln described, “You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.”⁶⁶

The public needs to understand how the Big Lie Theory of the three Hoxes lies, the Russia collusion seditious hoax, the January 6 insurrection hoax, and the 2020 election fraud hoax, are overt acts in furtherance of the treasonous conspiratorial agreement using the power of the State to destroy Trump and the Country confirming the continuation of a well-designed seditious conspiracy agreement plan initiated by Hillary Clinton, the DNC, Obama, and Biden. ⁶⁸ ⁶⁹

The three lies show a continuing pattern of seditious Conspiracy, working together with others for the common purpose of deceiving the American people by destroying Trump and transforming America into a socialist state. The evidence shows this didn't happen in a vacuum, as some of these same Obama officials now hold similar positions of authority in the Biden administration. None of the information presented has been refuted by those on The Left in the Rule of Law community; instead, they ignore the data by their silence. ⁷⁰ ⁷¹ ⁷² ⁷³

It is worth noting, in reminding the Biden Administration and those on the Left within the Federal Bureaucracy of the dire consequences of dividing the Country by their actions of gaslighting the public with their lies, that the Declaration of Independence gives the American people the right to overthrow its Government under extreme circumstances when the Government becomes destructive by using the State's power to censor, suppress, and criminalize its citizenry to prevent the rise of tyranny and protect the rights of its citizens. ⁷⁴

The Biden Administration and Radical Democratic Marxist members in Congress, specifically Congressman Raskin, have sponsored and introduced House Bill H.R. 6981, Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act of 2024. The bill, if passed by Congress, would criminalize American citizen's right to fight back against tyranny and take away the right of its citizens to protest, illustrating how those in power are using all their powers to repress dissent for the truth. Let's hope we never get to this place of anarchy, that the American people see how those in power have betrayed them, and that the American people will have the final say in 2024 on whether to preserve the Nation as a Constitutional Republic or become an authoritarian state.⁷⁵

The lies and the betrayal by those entrusted in leadership positions with protecting the nation and upholding the Law are no longer debatable or in doubt as their actions of violating the Law speak for themselves and are indefensible.

As long as these corrupt people control the Justice Department and the FBI, there is no way to restore the public trust in the Rule of Law or hold them legally accountable for their criminal conduct of subverting the Law to destroy our Constitutional republic. ⁷⁶ ⁷⁷

In his report and during the two trials, Special Counsel Durham established a prima facie conspiracy case showing the commission of all of the elements of the Crime of Conspiracy under 18 USC 371, warranting further investigation. 

However, Durham failed to investigate the origins of the Conspiracy and showed no interest in pursuing a conspiracy investigation.

SC Durham's findings never considered the conspiratorial agreement or looked at the overt acts as crimes but only as dirty political tricks. It is puzzling how Durham arrived at that conclusion when the evidence presented in the investigative analysis and in his findings says otherwise; Durham did this by ignoring the normal process of following the investigative leads to their logical conclusions.

The only way to restore the public trust in the rule of Law is by electing a new President and demanding that the administration pursue a conspiracy investigation from the origins into what SCs Mueller and Durham failed to do by holding those accountable who organized the Crime of the Century's most significant sedition coup in American history. ⁷⁸ ⁷⁹
