THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS HAS NOT EXPIRED
Accountability is an Absolute Necessity in the Russian Hoax Conspiracy.
As we eagerly await the release of all the classified information from the Federal government on the Russian Hoax Conspiracy, the urgency of the situation becomes more apparent. It's disheartening to see those who violated the law escape accountability. Our elected officials, the legacy media, and the Rule of Law Community, often cited as the guardians of justice, claim that, legally, there is no pathway for accountability because the Statute of Limitations for their crimes has expired. This complex issue is letting those in elected office off the hook, and it's a call for immediate action to uphold transparency and justice.
What should be concerning to all Americans is how the media, a key player in informing the public and holding the government accountable, and the government covered up the crimes and how the Legal Community and our elected officials stood idly by in allowing the bogus Russian Hoax Ruse to divide our country along partisan and ideological lines.
What the legal pundits and the government are not telling the American people is there is still a legal pathway for accountability for all those who participated in the Crime of the Century, the Russian Hoax Conspiracy, as the statute of limitations for Conspiracy is still applicable. It's up to us, the American people, to demand this accountability and ensure it's not swept under the rug. Our collective voice and demand for justice can influence the actions of the Department of Justice. We have the power to make a difference.
The statute of Limitations has not expired for the major crime of Conspiracy. The investigation and prosecution relating to the "Russian Hoax Conspiracy" is a project or assignment suited for a "Special Prosecutor" with adequate resources to undertake the task. The prosecution has the option of making the Nellie and Bruce Ohr’s witnesses or defendant witnesses in the Crime of the Century.
What is disheartening is how the media, our elected officials, legal pundits, and those in positions of authority have ignored the vast amount of open-source information reported by hundreds of investigative reporters, the findings in the Durham and Inspector General reports, and all the declassified documents from the FBI and the Intelligence Community (IC) proving a pattern of Conspiracy and the conspiratorial agreement at the highest level of government of a plan to interfere in Presidential Elections.
Instead of conducting their due diligence by connecting the dots and following the evidence trails to their logical, proper conclusions by conducting a thorough investigation of the Russian Hoax Conspiracy from its origins to the last overt act of the Conspiracy, the Department of Justice (DOJ) appears ambivalent. The DOJ, as the chief law enforcement agency of the United States, has a crucial role in upholding justice and ensuring accountability. It's our responsibility as citizens to demand a thorough investigation by the DOJ, which has the authority and resources to keep those involved at the highest level of government accountable for their actions.
It is time for every investigative reporter, pundit, and those in the legal community who have been involved over the last ten years to use their voices and social media platforms in discussing in the public square by asking the DOJ why there is no investigation into the Russian Hoax Conspiracy, arguably the Crime of the Century against the American people of those within the government at the highest levels of government who violated the law and their oath of office by weaponizing the DOJ, FBI, and IC in a plot by those in power to go after its political opponents and worse it citizens who disagree with them.
The time for talking is over. It is time DOJ do its job in taking the findings in the Special Council (SC) Durham finding report, Sussman Indictment, and Danchenko Indictment, wherein SC Durham meticulously established the foundation of a prima facie conspiracy case, demonstrating the commission of all elements of the Crime of Conspiracy under 18 USC 371, implicating the Obama Administration's attempt to defraud the American public by interfering in the 2016 Presidential election to open up an investigation.
The Trump administration's release of the FBI files on Crossfire Hurricane has shed light on the significant role the FBI played in interfering with and influencing three Presidential elections: 2016, 2020, and 2024, thereby revealing a pattern of Conspiracy. These files contain crucial information about the FBI's actions and their impact on the democratic process, making them a key piece of evidence in understanding the Russian Hoax Conspiracy.
The Mock Grand Jury article listed in the citation and reference section presents the DOJ with a detailed and compelling probable cause case to the American public by presenting all the evidence known to date in the Crime of the Century, the Russian Hoax Continuing Conspiracy of election interference by the FBI: 2016, 2020, and 2024 Presidential elections why the need for a DOJ investigation. 1
Lastly to repeat the salient point the statute of Limitations has not expired for the major crime of Conspiracy. The investigation and prosecution relating to the "Russian Hoax Conspiracy" is a project or assignment suited for a "Special Prosecutor" with adequate resources to undertake the task. The prosecution has the option of making all those who participated in the Russian Hoax Conspiracy witnesses or defendant witnesses in the Crime of the Century.
If the DOJ or those in the legal community can provide the public with a reasonable explanation as to why the prosecution theory of election interference isn't a viable option or why they cannot open an investigation, the public deserves answers as to why not.
