Today's America is at a crossroads where the public trust in the American justice system is eroding and hanging perilously by a thread. The betrayal by the Department of Justice (DOJ) / Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is
failing to carry out their mission of "To uphold the Rule of Law" with "Justice for All," where the leadership, women, and men of the DOJ / FBI have failed the American people to live up to its guiding principles.
The Obama and Biden Administrations has weaponized both the DOJ and FBI as a political instrument to go after those that opposed them in implementing their political agenda by criminalizing political differences. [Note: Allan Dershowitz, the famed law scholar, has been warning the nation since 2018, about the dangers of weaponizing political differences and the threat to civil liberties, the Justice system, and the Rule of Law.] 1 2
Sadly, the DOJ / FBI has mutated into a Russian Joseph Stalin's reign of terror using the Lavrentiy Beria modus operandi, "Show me the man, and I'll show you the crime." Beria was the longest-serving secret police chief and Deputy Premier under Stalin. Beria targeted "the man" first, then proceeded to find or fabricate the crime.
For the last six years, former President Trump has become the most investigated individual in U.S. History, with numerous FBI investigations, two impeachment trials, and now January 6th Committee Stalinist hearing inferring criminality by Trump. As of yet, it has failed to produce any evidence that would meet the elements of a criminal statute or meet the sufficiency evidence standard that would stand up in a court of law. What the public needs to know is this isn't about Trump; it's about your civil liberties; if they can use the powers of the state to target and destroy Trump, then they can use it against you, its citizenry. [Note: A 1940 movie called "The Mortal Storm" exemplifies this point of the state's power. The movie centers on Hitler's rise to power in 1933. It centers on how the power of the state criminalized political differences and thoughts contrary to those of the state.] 3
Currently, we're living in two alternate political universes, one where political difference is criminalized and the power of the state is selectively used by the Biden Administration against its political opponents, former President Trump, his supporters, and the Republican party.
The Biden administration, Democratic party, their political allies in the media, Big Tech, those in the entertainment field "Hollywood (commonly called the “cancel culture) have come together in an effort in suppressing and censoring free speech in the public forum to promote their ideological agenda in transforming America into a Marxist State.
The big Insurrection lie, or the big con job, by the January 6th Committee is being promoted by those on the left, Biden Administration, and the Democratic party with a complicit media to deceive the American public that Trump, his supporters, and republicans are a threat to this nation’s democracy.
The truth is the Democrats, in their continued pursuit of Trump in their January 6th hearings, are recycling the same talking points as the second impeachment trial. The hearings use the same techniques as the impeachment trials, deceptive edited tweets, selective witness testimony and failure to release exculpatory witness testimony and videos of the events on January 6th. It is obvious the hearings’ goal is to paint a one-sided narrative that Trump is the responsible party for the January 6th incidence to distract the public attention away from the Hillary-DNC-Obama false flag disinformation Russian hoax and the Hunter Biden laptop pay-for-play scheme.
Today there are two separate parallel criminal coup investigations currently being conducted within DOJ. One investigation by Special Counsel Durham into the origins of the Trump Russian collusion hoax. Durham investigation has produced evidence of a Machiavellian plan by Hillary-DNC-Obama to interfere in the 2016 POTUS election to destroy Trump's candidacy and after Trump election obstruct his Presidency. Pressure from Democrats and the January 6 hearings, Attorney General (AG) Garland DOJ opened another investigation on former President Trump. 6

The irony is that some of the same people hold positions of authority within the DOJ and FBI in 2016 under the Obama administration during the DOJ/FBI crossfire hurricane and Mueller investigations of Trump. Some of these same Obama officials now hold similar positions of authority in the Biden administration. Lisa Monaco, John Carlin, Assistant AG head of DOJ National Security Division, Mary McCord, special counsel to January 6th committee, Matthew Olsen, Vanita Gupta, Samantha Powers, Victora Nuland, Jon Finer, Susan Rice, Jake Sullivan, FBI Supervisory Intelligent Analyst Brain Auten and Special Agent in Charge FBI Washington Field Office Timothy Thibault.
[Note: Some of these individuals may have criminal culpability as co-conspirators in the Durham investigation for promoting the Trump Russian hoax in furtherance of the conspiracy to destroy and obstruct the Trump Presidency]. 9 10 11 12 13
The biggest paradox for the public is which version of the DOJ investigations are they to believe is the truth. Paradoxically, AG Garland and DOJ are using the same modus operandi and prosecution theory as Durham is using in his investigation regarding the origins of the Trump Russian, Title 21 USC 371 the conspiracy fraud statute in violation of Title 18. "United States Code, Section 371, which is the general conspiracy statute, makes it a federal crime for "two or more persons [to] conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose." In addition, one or more of these persons engaged in the conspiracy must act in a way that furthers it. 14
Former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director Brennan notes and the September 2016, CIA investigative referral to FBI Director James Comey and Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok on Hillary Clinton approving “a plan concerning U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections” in order to distract the public from her email scandal is documentary evidence of establishing the critical criminal of 18 USC 371, the conspiratorial agreement of how the conspirators used Fusion GPS Glen Simpson's legal opposition research dirty trick idea of "guilt by association with the Russians.” 15
The conspiratorial agreement, Hillary Clinton, her Campaign and the DNC implemented a false flag disinformation & dissemination campaign to interfere in the 2016 POTUS election to deceive the public. After Trump's election, Obama continued the conspiratorial agreement to deceive the public by promoting the "Big Lie," using the fabricated Trump Russian collusion hoax to obstruct the Office of the Executive Branch.
The facts purported in Durham indictments verified the conspiratorial agreement by documenting two criminal overt acts in furtherance of the conspiracy by manufacturing evidence that Trump and members of his team had committed crimes. One being the Alfa Bank ruse listed in the Sussman indictment and the other criminal overt act of Danchenko’s role in providing disinformation to Steele that became the “Steele dossier,” basis for the collusion allegations against Trump listed in the Danchenko indictment. 16 17
Durham in the two indictments documented the “means” to interfere with or obstruct by deceit, craft or trickery by the conspirators knowingly using both the Shearer memo dossier and the disinformation “Steele Dossier,” that the information in both documents were manufactured or manipulated was false to deceive the American people.
The “means” also included dishonest services fraud, by the conspirators intentionally falsified FISA applications, lied to the FISC, withheld exculpatory evidence from the defense counsel and the court, manufactured crimes, and leaked classified and sensitive information to the media in furtherance of the conspiracy to defraud the public and obstruct a Presidency.
AG Garland & DOJ are searching for evidence of a crime from the information presented by the January 6 Committee. Alan Dershowitz famed Harvard law professor warns AG Garland and the DOJ that the current search for criminal charges to pin on Trump could create "dangerous" precedent. 18
Attorney General Garland stated in a media interview that DOJ will hold anyone accountable who is criminally responsible for attempting to interfere with the transfer, legitimate, lawful transfer of power from one administration to another.
The conundrum for AG Garland and DOJ, is how does DOJ justify indicting Trump based upon information from the January 6th hearings without indicting Hillary, Obama and Biden for the same crimes their accusing Trump of? Especially when Durham has established a prima facia case that there was a conspiracy to interfere in the 2016 POTUS election and the 2020 POTUS election in defrauding the public and obstructing a Presidency and that the FBI colluded with the Democrats in the biggest corruption scandal in US history. 19
Time magazine’s Feb. 15 cover story publishes a story and pulls back the curtain on a “conspiracy” among a “well-funded cabal of powerful people” in an “an extraordinary shadow effort” that successfully pushed Trump from office. “In a way, Trump was right,” writes Time national political correspondent Molly Ball. “There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes.” She later describes this “conspiracy” as something that “sounds like a paranoid fever dream — a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information.” Yet Ball makes exactly these kinds of claims in the Time article and goes on to substantiate them.” 20 21
Yet AG Garland DOJ is investigating Trump for interference in the 2020 POTUS based on the Democrats and the January 6th Committe allegations, that there was no voter fraud or rigging of the 2020 election and that Trump comments incited the “insurrection.” The January 6th Committee and leftist legal media pundits want the public to believe that Trump comment “They rigged it like they’ve never rigged an election before,” is evidence of a crime.
I just don’t see how DOJ can conduct an investigation of Trump without also investigating the same allegations of election rigging raised in various media articles. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, in direct election funding of $400 million on the 2020 election, in the states of Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, 22
On June 22, 2022, Margot Cleveland published an article in The Federalist, titled “J6 Committee Focuses On Election Fraud Claims While Ignoring Tactics Used To Rig The 2020 Election.” Cleveland in her article documents how stealing an election by fraud is not the only way to rig an outcome. Elections are rigged when systemic violations of election law occur. The question is where the DOJ/FBI investigation into election rigging in the 2020 POTUS election, for the good of the country don’t we the people deserve an answer on knowing whether the election was rigged or not. 23
If a search for the truth matters in the Trump Russian hoax, then will Durham expand the scope of his investigation in determining the role that Obama and members of his administration played in promoting the Russian disinformation hoax in continuing the Hillary-DNC conspiracy agreement to defraud the U.S. that's the million-dollar question? The stakes couldn’t be bigger as the public trust in our Justice system is on the line. This isn’t about Trump; this is about our core principles, the Rule of Law, that were a nation of laws, and that no one is above the law.
WELCOME TO THE TWILIGHT ZONE & THE CULPABILITY OF THE MEDIA, BIG TECH, AND HOLLYWOOD ROLES ON HOW WE GOT HERE
In 1959, Rod Serling, a visionary writer-producer, created the television series "the twilight zone" by combining his love of science fiction with his passion for discussing the political topics of the day, racism, government, war, society, and human nature. Serling used television as his way to broach these subjects to avoid being censored or prohibited by sponsors and networks. Serling Twilight Zone episodes predicated our present situation of today's world, warnings the public of the dangers of technology (Robotics), censorship, and a tyrannical government.
In an article by Adrienne LaFrance in The Atlantic, titled "How the Twilight Zone Predicated Our Paranoid Present." LaFrance highlights one of the more chilling Twilight Zone episodes that explore obsolescence and focuses on an overbearing United States government rather than a robot-run world. LaFrance says in "The Obsolete Man" (1961) that a librarian is deemed obsolete by a future government that interferes with the lives of its citizens, disregards their privacy, and routinely imprisons them without justification. One twist encapsulates the series; it's idea that humans are the actual monsters. 24
According to historians, the 1960s were one of the most tumultuous and divisive decades in world history, marked by the civil rights movement, the Vietnam War and antiwar protests, political assassinations, and the emerging "generation gap." 25
If you compare the 1960s and today, you will see the same commonalities and similarities of a disorderly and divisive period. What was the differences between the two decades? The one factor that stands out is the role the media played. In the 1960s, after the assassinations of Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy, the press and the Johnson Administration called for unity and didn't attempt to criminalize political differences with Republicans or blame the founding fathers that the country was founded Racist values.
The difference between the 60s and now, is that there is a “cancel culture,” by a cabal consisting of the Biden administration, Democratic party, their political allies in the media along with individuals, groups, and organizations.
This “cancel culture” cabal are a political instrument of both the Biden Administration and the Democratic party to unilaterally demand (often through violent protests and property destruction by mob action) changes to the history, culture, and institutions of the United States of America based on their radical ideology and political narrative to change America, without considering opposing views and narratives.
The media, Biden administration and Democratic party view the opposition political party as the enemy calling former President Trump and the Republican party as extremists, gas lighting political differences, by calling for the prosecution of a former President and prosecuting former Presidential advisor’s over executive privilege.
The media with these tech media outlets have been conducting a deception, disinformation, and suppression campaign to deceive the public in a search for the truth. They ignored the biggest corruption scandal in U.S. history, the Hillary-DNC-Obama plan to destroy Trump. Instead, they created this illusion, "the Twilight Zone," that Trump is a threat to our democracy with no supporting evidence.
The media disinformation and suppression campaign has resulted in the public becoming so confused and desensitized. The media lies so much that the public can no longer separate the lies from the truth. Unfortunately, the media has failed to do their due diligence in reporting the facts. Instead, they report false stories after stories of hearsay after hearsay, rumors, innuendos, and unverified information from anonymous sources as facts.
The media exposed their complicity by abandoning all journalistic standards and ethics in taking direction from the Obama & Biden administrations and the Democratic party. This resulted in taking down a U.S. Presidency with a total disregard for the adverse consequences to National Security and the Rule of Law.
The media and these tech media platforms, along with Hollywood, are the responsible parties for creating this version of "the Twilight Zone," where we now live in two perceived political realities and two unequal Justice systems. 26
There's a culture of corruption at the DOJ and Federal Bureau of Investigation where public employees put ideology above the country.
It was reported in a May 1, 2020, in a Fox news article after John Durham had reviewed the Flynn documents; he was disturbed that no whistleblowers came forward early on in the Trump Russian hoax investigation. Mr. Durham found it remarkable that no one spoke up “at the onset.” 27
On August 2, 2022, The Federalist published an article by Margot Cleveland titled “All FBI Agents Must Blow Their Whistles or They’ll Be Complicit in Bureau’s Politicization.” In the article they referenced FBI Agent William Barnett, interview with former U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen. Barnett was the FBI’s case agent in the investigation of former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. 28
Cleveland article highlighted the failure of other FBI agents and “those in senior positions” to object to the shameful politicization of the bureau finds its root in the Russia collusion hoax, with agents ignoring the misconduct by the bureau’s leaders, such as Director James Comey, FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, FBI Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok, and FBI Special Counsel Lisa Page. 29
Cleveland article answers Durham’s question why no one spoke up at the FBI, in the summary comments made by Barnett stating “While Barnett questioned the investigative theory, he did not think at the time the investigation was illegal, particularly due to the oversight by attorneys (i.e., CLINESMITH) and the direction being given by top FBI officials,” the summary of Barnett’s interview stated, with Barnett noting he “was willing to follow instructions being given by the Deputy Director as long as it was not a violation of law.” 30
A summary of Barnett’s interview noted that he believed “there was never any basis for the bizarre ‘collusion’ theory the agency and the special counsel relentlessly pursued, to the point that agents made jokes about how they could take any piece of information and claim it was evidence of collusion.” Barnett also believed the Special Counsel Office “pursued Flynn simply as a means to ‘get Trump’ and viewed FBI investigators as a ‘speed bump’ slowing down the work of the attorneys leading the inquisition.” 31
FBI whistleblowers allege that in August 2020, FBI Headquarters "improperly discredit[ed] negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease. 32
In August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment used by an FBI Headquarters ("FBI HQ") team to discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation improperly and caused investigative activity to cease. The actions by Auten are arguably the final criminal overt act as a continuation of the Hillary-DNC-Obama conspiratorial agreement to interfere in POTUS elections to destroy Trump. [NOTE: Media Research Center poll showed 45.1% of Biden voters said they were unaware of the laptop story and 16% of Biden voters said if they knew about the laptop would not have voted for Biden.] 33
In conducting any conspiracy investigation, one of the best rules to follow is the best evidence rule is finding documentary evidence of the conspirators' own words that shows their intent as evidence in implementing Hillary-DNC-Obama's false flag disinformation Russian hoax plan. The text messages by Strzok, Page and others in the FBI shows their intent and confirms their involvement in the conspiracy. 34 Here are a few of the Highlighted texts: 35
On May 4, 2016—after then-Director Comey began drafting his July 5 statement clearing Secretary Clinton—Ms. Page and Mr. Strzok communicated about “pressure” building to finish the FBI’s investigation following candidate Trump’s likely nomination:

Page – Yeah, that is awful timing. Nothing we can do about it.
Strzok – What I meant was, did DOJ tell us yesterday they were doing this, so D added that language.

Page – And yeah, it's a real profile in courage [sic], since she knows no charges will be brought.
[Note: Hillary Clinton was interviewed by Strzok on July 3, 2016, two days after these comments were made. On July 5, 2016, Comey told the public Clinton would not be charged with a crime.
On April 10, 2016, President Obama, in an interview with Fox News Chris Wallace, President Obama publicly stated that Hillary Clinton had shown “carelessness” in using a private e-mail server to handle classified information. However, he insisted that she had not intended to endanger national security. The president acknowledged that classified information had been transmitted via Secretary Clinton’s server, but he suggested that, in the greater scheme of things, its importance had been vastly overstated and that it will not impact the ongoing FBI investigation into the matter will not be tainted by politics. 36
President Obama by his comments made the obvious explicit: President Obama knew at the time he made that he had communicated with Clinton over her non-secure, private communications system, using an alias.
It would not have been possible to prosecute Mrs. Clinton for mishandling classified information without its being clear that President Obama had engaged in the same conduct.
Explains why the DOJ and FBI conducted a sham investigation into Clinton email sever, as President Obama was never, ever going to allow Clinton to be prosecuted.
More significantly, for Clinton’s defense, they would show that Obama was complicit in Clinton’s conduct yet faced no criminal charges. That is why such an indictment of Hillary Clinton was never going to happen.
Yet in the Mueller report in volume two, the Prosecutors tried to frame President Trump for Obstruction by President Trump's comment to Director Comey asking him to take it easy on General Flynn but ignored President Obama's comments regarding Clinton carelessness didn’t endanger national security.
Two questions that the Durham investigation needs to answer is did the DOJ & FBI knowingly and willfully hide Hillary Clinton criminality so she could continue her candidacy?
And did Clinton have a highly classified document that compromised National Security? There is an FBI 302 dated June 6, 2016, of an interview of an Intelligence Analyst from the Intelligence community where the Analyst purportedly turned over documents alleging that Hillary Clinton compromised US National Security in Libya by having a highly classified document on her email server. 37
Lastly, Comey and the FBI in their investigation into the Clinton server failed to explain to the public on how Classified documents from a secured classified government system surfaced on Hillary unsecure email server system?]
Former FBI Lawyer Agent Kevin Clinesmith pleaded guilty on August 19, 2020, to a false statement in altering the Email used for FISA application during the FBI Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Clinesmith was identified as Attorney 2 in the Inspector General's June 2018 report as sending improper political instant message texts to other FBI employees. The DOJ/IG report reported the day after the 2016 POTUS election, Clinesmith sent a text to another FBI employee stating: "I am so stressed about what I could have done differently…I can't imagine the systematic disassembly of our progress over the last eight years. ACA is gone. Who knows if the rhetoric about deporting people, walls and crap is true? I honestly feel like there is going to be a lot more gun issues, too. the crazies won finally. This is the tea party on steroids. And the GOP is going to be lost, they have to deal with an incumbent in 4 years. We have to fight this again. Also, Pence is stupid." 38
Two weeks later, Clinesmith sent another text to another FBI employee about the amount of money paid to the subject of an FBI investigation while working on the Trump campaign. The FBI Colleague responded, "Is it making you rethink your commitment to the Trump Administration," Clinesmith replied," Hell no," and added Viva le resistance." 39
Clinesmith also wrote that he feared Trump’s “systematic disassembly of the progress we made over the last 8 years,” including Obamacare. He argued to the Inspector General that his texts were personal “commentary” and did not affect his professional work on the investigations. 40
Former disgraced FBI Agent Peter Strzok, in his texts, disparaged President Trump and his Supporters and, in one text, promised to "stop" Trump from becoming President.

Strzok texts Page, “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s (McCabe) office-that there no way he (Trump)gets elected-but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk, “It’s like a life insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.” [Note: Strzok was spearheading both the Clinton email inquiry and the Trump-Russian probe and having an affair with Page whose was assigned to Deputy Director Andrew McCabe office.] 41
Strzok in a media interview by MSNBC host Katy Tur, when asked by Tur, “25 years from now, how history sees you,” Strzok replied: “I think it sees all of us as patriots who were working as hard as we could to defend America against a Russian threat, against a Russian attack on our elections that helped elect the 45th president of the United States.” 42
In conclusion the fact that a duly elected President by the people, could be destroyed by those within the DOJ/FBI who were involved in the Russian Hoax conspiracy, thinking of themselves as patriots, forgetting their oath of office in following the law, because of their distorted ideological belief they were saving the country, speaks volumes of why the country is divided and why we’re living in the “Twilight Zone.”

Sure hope Durham can try these conspirators in courts outside of DC. The Sussmann trial was a sham. There are too many tainted judges and jurors, who believe the msm and government lies. I mean look at Flynn’s case. Judge Sullivan had so much hate he even went against other judges who told him the case was mute. Where you try these criminals, unfortunately, is where the criminal may be let go because of political bias. The msm and doj, too, are both stumbling blocks to due process and justice. But before all of this we have corrupt fbi and cia accomplices. Hopefully only With God’s grace and the help of good citizens can this mess be straightened out to some extent. Thanks, Mr. Seamen for being part of this mission. I am hoping Durham comes thru too.
We can hope that Grassley's efforts with the FBI begin to bear fruit that can be harvested if Republicans take over next year. While public sentiment shows great dissatisfaction with the Biden bunch, I fear honest elections may be a thing of the past. The primary issues in Colorado do not bode well. I imagine that Trump thought Wray would cleanup the FBI, but he is captured by the left as well.
All of this to avoid HRC's greed and faithfulness to the nation. One day, Durham will deliver?
