SYNOPSIS

The previous free seven sub-stack articles resulted from a two-year research effort analyzing all the open-source information that separated facts from fiction regarding the biggest corruption scandal in U.S. history. The investigative analysis validated by Special Counsel (SC) Durham court filings, declassified documents, and other great investigative reporter's media stories, just to name a few, John Solomon, Paul Sperry, Margot Cleveland, Mollie Hemmingway, Sara Carter, Lee Smith, Greg Jarrett, and Techo-fog. The last seven sub-stacks articles provide a road map for the public to follow where the SC Durham investigation is going. The analysis answered the 5 Ws and the How questions regarding the Hillary/DNC/Obama/Biden conspiratorial agreement of their six-year effort to destroy former President Trump and the Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement. The difference between media news reports and the information presented in these seven sub-stack analyses is that the sub-stack articles give the reader a glimpse of the investigative processes of assembling a conspiracy investigation. The study tells how the information meets the sufficiency of evidence and elements of crime standards for the Federal criminal statute being considered for prosecution. The information has all been sourced and is for the public benefit in exposing the two-tier justice system, so each person, regardless of party affiliation, can make their own determination as to whether or not the information presented has merit.

Before voters cast their vote in the upcoming November election, the public needs to know what is at stake here as to the threat of the power of the state to its individual freedoms. The main purpose of this article is to ring the alarm bell for the public that this election is all about the Rule of Law, for if the public can't trust the current judicial process to protect our constitutional rights, then the country is in serious trouble. The mantra for those on the Left for the last six years has been to get Trump by any means necessary and destroy anyone who supports Trump and the MAGA movement. The Biden administration, DOJ/FBI using the Lavrentiy Beria “Joseph Stalin notorious Chief of Police,” modus operandi, "Show me the man, and I'll show you the crime," should put fear in the American public as it's not about Trump anymore, it's about you, the American people, for if the state can violate Trump’s Due Process rights as a former President, then the state can violate your Due Process rights.

This sub-stack article is about the Rule of Law and why the Rule of Law should matter to you, as the fate of this great nation is now in our collective hands! Mine, yours, everyone I know, etc. And all the people you know, all the people they know, etc. Come November, we, the people, regardless of party affiliation, need to decide which fork in the road Americans will choose as a nation.

DECISION NOVEMBER 2022

1 September 2022, President Biden's Thursday night speech to the nation for the battle for the soul of the nation, presumably warned the nation that former President Trump and Make America Great Again (MAGA) Republicans are a threat to democracy who are seeking to overthrow the country, was one of the most divisive speeches in the history of our country by a U.S. President. ⁸

An article published in the Federalist documented that Biden campaigned that he was a uniter and promised to unite the country. Instead, Biden accused Trump, MAGA republicans of what Biden, the Democrats, the media, and his followers on the Left "are guilty of the sins against democracy, and he blamed on Trump and MAGA Republicans." ⁹

I believe this is the first time in our country's history that a President of the United States has gas-lighted Americans who don't share his vision for America, threatening 74 million voters with the power of the state who voted for Trump with possible military force. ¹⁰

Our legal foundation is founded upon the Rule of Law, equal justice under the Law, that no one is above the Law, and that every person is subject to the Law, versus those under an oligarchy, monarchy, or dictatorship where the rulers are above the Law.

The real threat to our democracy is the Biden administration violating the Rule of Law by using the state's political power and weaponizing the DOJ/FBI/Intelligence Community (IC) in criminalizing political differences of those who oppose their radical agenda.

Today the country is divided along partisan and ideological lines promoted by the "cancel culture," the media, the Left, and Democrats' fixation on all things Trump, where 93% of all media reports are negative, false, or attributed to anonymous unverified sources.

This "cancel culture" plot consists of the Biden administration, the Democratic party, their political allies in the compliant media cartel, Big Tech, and those in the entertainment field. "Hollywood has come together to suppress and censor free speech in the public forum. This cabal is being used as instruments by the Biden administration in unilaterally demanding (often through violent protests and property destruction by mob action) changes to the history, culture, and institutions of the United States of America based on their radical ideology and political narrative to change America, without considering opposing views and descriptions.

CENSORSHIP OF INFORMATION COORDINATION BETWEEN BIG TECH & BIDEN ADMINISTRATION

Internal documents released by Republican Attorneys General Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Jeff Landry of Louisiana expose Officials within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) sent emails to employees at social media companies Facebook and Twitter to coordinate censorship of information. ¹¹

In a recent speech at Stanford University on disinformation, former President Obama declared, "The internet is a tool. Social media is a tool. At the end of the day, tools don't control us. We control them. And we can remake them." This "control" suggested by and approved by Obama shows how Twitter and other social media sites suppressed the Hunter Biden Laptop story that impacted the election in 2020. It illustrates that the Left doesn't want to lose their ability to control the political narrative because if they do, it will also affect their plan and their ability to hang on to power. They want it both ways, where they control and censor their political opponents. ¹²

ELECTION INTERFERENCE BY THE FBI IN THE 2020 POTUS ELECTION

With the recent revelations that the FBI during the 2020 election contacted both Twitter and Facebook and falsely warned both companies that the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation when available evidence clearly proved that there was an actual laptop computer belonging to Biden's son Hunter, and any reports or data should be considered censored. This resulted in a reputable news agency, the New York Post story of Hunter Biden's laptop, being edited and suppressed from the American public. The effects of both Twitter and Facebook banning the Hunter Biden laptop story at the recommendation of the FBI resulted in the election swinging to Biden over Trump, implicating the FBI in inferencing in a POTUS election which is a violation of the law. ¹³ [NOTE: Media Research Center poll showed 45.1% of Biden voters said they were unaware of the laptop story and 16% of Biden voters said if they knew about the laptop would not have voted for Biden.] ¹⁴

The National Security agencies deceived the American public by using their lie and denial techniques in setting up the Russians as the responsible party. Fifty former intelligence experts published a letter a few weeks before the 2020 POTUS election, claiming that the Biden laptop was Russian disinformation when evidence proved and still proves the contrary. These 50 former intelligence officials knowingly and willfully used their former National Security positions and the public trust to deceive the American public. One could arguably say it adversely impacted voters in the 2020 POTUS election by influencing them to vote for Biden over Trump. ¹⁵

ORIGINS OF HOW THE NATIONAL SECURITY INTELLIGENCE APPARATUS AND THE FBI WERE WEAPONIZED

One of the problems is how to overcome the compliant media cartel dominance of the Left in getting the truth out to the American people from being suppressed or censored by the media-driven Cancel Culture conspiracy. So, people can see the scope and extent of governmental corruption within the Federal government and how they have been played as fools by the compliant media cartel. Specifically, as to the origins of how the National Security apparatus and the FBI were politically weaponized by the former Obama Administration, which tools are now being used by the Biden administration against its citizenry, former President Trump, and MAGA Republicans.

In a speech given by then-candidate Barrak Obama on July 2, 2008, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Obama said “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded." Was a harbinger of things to come of what is being utilized in the political weaponry of the Biden Administration. ¹⁶

On 5 July 2021, and 9 July 2021, two blog articles were published by Sundance on a blog site called The Last Refuge on the theconservativetreehouse.com, the first blog titled "Day One, The Fourth Branch of Government, The Intelligence Branch." and the second blog titled "Day three the fourth branch of government the Intelligence Branch."

The two blog articles by Glen Greenwald make the following salient points:

·      The weaponization of the Intelligence apparatus and the FBI originated under President Barack Obama.

·      Greenwald said that Obama took the foundational tools of Intelligence and used the intelligence system architecture to create a weapon for use in his fundamental transformation. An alliance of ideologues within the government (intel community) and the private sector (big tech and finance) was assembled, and the largest government weapon was created. ¹⁷

17 August 2022, The Rutherford Institute published a commentary by John & Nisha Whitehead titled “Weaponizing the Bureaucracy: Who Will Protect Us from the Government’s Standing Army?” Whitehead documents the purchases of weapons and ammunition for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) owns 600 guns, and the Smithsonian now employs 620-armed “special agents.” Whitehead says the Biden Administration’s plans to grow the nation’s police forces by 100,000 more cops and swell the ranks of the IRS by 87,000 new employees. ¹⁸

According to the Wall Street Journal, the number of federal agents armed with guns, ammunition and military-style equipment, authorized to make arrests, and trained in military tactics has nearly tripled over the past several decades. All of the forgoing leads to one inescapable conclusion, that is, that this Biden administration is using its political weaponizations of the institutions of this country to deceive the American public and prevent the American public from learning the true facts. ¹⁹

This weaponization of the Intelligence apparatus and the FBI was best illustrated by the illegal unmasking of American citizens, Trump, and members of the Trump Team by the members of the former Obama administration, wherein a FISC ruled extensive violations of the fourth amendment by the Obama administration.

9 March 2016, the Department of Justice oversight issued a finding during a review of FBI/FISA process minimization procedures involving queries of data acquired practices under Section 702 using U.S. person identifiers. DOJ found that the FBI employed a large staff of private contractors' analysts who had access to review FISA information. Their data inquiries went beyond what was necessary to respond to FBI queries. The main finding was that the FBI gave FISA data query information to a private entity, not an assisting federal agency. ²⁰

5 April 2016, according to then-National Security Agency (NSA) Director Adm. Mike Rogers's Senate testimony after discovering that outside FBI contractors were accessing raw FISA data. The DOJ's findings directed the NSA's Office of Compliance to conduct a "fundamental baseline review of compliance associated with 702" at some point in early April 2016. [Note: The findings never disclosed the identity of this private contracting entity. What did this unknown private contracting entity do with the NSA information they took from the NSA, and was this private contractor firm housed or had a worksite at DNC law firm Perkins Coie? FBI admitted since 2012 that they maintain an "FBI workspace" at the Perkins Coie law firm, and Attorney Michael Sussmann was in charge of this FBI workspace. Congressman Gaetz said, "The Democrat party shouldn't have this special access, this special portal to the FBI, especially knowing what we do now—that they were often trying to take this opposition research and use that for law enforcement counterintelligence purposes."] ²¹ ²²

5 April 2016, On the same day of the discovery of the FBI's use of private contractors, FBI lawyer Lisa Page sent a text to FBI agent Peter Strzok: "Need to try to fix a HUGE who f-up." Page quickly corrected her typo by texting "Who"—an abbreviation for the FBI's Washington field office. Lisa Page would later send another text on the same day, noting, "Need to go meet with Andy again now."o Andy was then-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe. ²³

25 October 2016 – Rogers shuts down FBI access to the 702 database and reports to FISC. [Note: 21 October 2016, FBI rushes Page warrants through FISC to beat Rogers to FISC using unmasking information from the NSA.  Yates. FISC approves.] ²⁴

[Note: Obama Administration officials had planned to relieve Admiral Rogers of his duties after the election. The administration announces a plan to create separate chains of command for the NSA and Cyber Command. But the program, supported by Mr. Carter and Mr. Clapper, stalled partly because of opposition from Senator John McCain, Republican of Arizona, who heads the Armed Services Committee. Under the plan, Cyber Command would remain under the Armed Services Committee's jurisdiction, but oversight of the NSA would shift to the Senate Intelligence Committee. Mr. Trump's victory complicated the planning.]

26 October 2016, the FISC court, during a closed hearing, ascribed the government's failure to disclose the unauthorized data acquired queries to an institutional lack of honesty on the NSA's part and emphasized that this is a profoundly severe fourth amendment issue. The most significant change, as the FISA court opinion relates, was that the revised "procedures categorically prohibited NSA analysts from using U.S.-person identifiers to query the results of upstream Internet collection" (emphasis added). The NSA was not supposed to use an American's phone number, email address, or other "identifier" in running searches through its upstream database. It is this prohibition that the NSA routinely and extensively violated. The violation was so broad that, at the time the Obama administration ended, its scope had still not been determined. ²⁵

[Note: This should be a non-partisan issue. This political weaponization of the Intelligence apparatus and the FBI impacts all Americans and threatens the Rule of Law. Unless the next Congress stops the political weaponization and the corruption of our National Security agencies, it won't matter who gets elected, as it will be business as usual. The political weaponization and corruption will continue unabated.]

BIG LIE THEORY / RULES FOR RADICALS

With a complicit media, the Obama and Biden administrations used the strategies right out of the Left-Wing playbooks, "the Big lie theory." Adolf Hitler coined this term in his book Mein Kampf as a gross distortion and misrepresentation of the truth. This propagandist technique was used successfully by the former head of Nazi propaganda, Joseph Gobbels, and Saul Alinsky's leftist strategy in his guidebook "Rules for radicals" It is the end justifies the means" approach to bring about a radical change in American society. ²⁶ ²⁷ ²⁸

The Big Lie theory's fundamental principle is to repeat the lie repeatedly as a lie told once remains a lie but told a thousand times becomes the truth. Gobbels defined propaganda best as when those being manipulated are confident; they act of their own free will by specifying their targets for hatred. [Note: 57%-of-democrats-believe-president-trump-guilty-of-treason.] ²⁹

Both the Obama and Biden administrations, with a complicit media, have successfully used the principles in Alinsky's book implementing progressive ideologies (Homosexuality, transgenderism, racism, LBGTQ, radical feminism, etc.,) all topics once taboo in American culture now commonplace in airwaves, print, and the internet.

Both the Obama and Biden administrations have successfully used the "Big Lie" theory by promoting conflict between haves and have-nots (economic injustices). Black and minorities against whites (critical race theory) and LBGTQ against established religions (marriage) have resulted in protests, riots, the canceled culture, denial of free speech, and threats against the free exercise of religion and Supreme Court justices.

Their most tremendous success was using these strategies in stereotyping Trump, his supporters, the MAGA movement, and Republicans as the targets of their hatred. Specifically, they made Trump, his family, and his businesses the focal point of their hatred. It explains Trump derangement syndrome, but when you ask them why they hate Trump, they are unable to articulate or provide any specific reasons as to why they hate him, other than repeating the propaganda lies said to them by the media or the administration.

The Trump Russian hoax is the most remarkable example of how effective this propagandist technique worked on the American public as at the height of the media frenzy of the Hillary/DNC Russian hoax; the media spent 55% of their time promoting the fraud wherein the American public believed Trump or members of his team colluded with the Russians, Trump was a traitor and an illegitimate president that posed a danger democracy.

During President Trump's presidency, there have been no instances of Trump instructing the DOJ or the FBI to go after his political opponents. In fact, after the Trump election, Trump was asked if he would lock up Hillary Clinton and Trump responded that he had no interest in investigating Hillary Clinton. Yet two years out of office, Trump is the main focus of the left, DNC, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden, with a complicit media to keep Trump from running for POTUS in the 2024 election destroy the MAGA movement.

After Trump's defeat, Biden and his administration, with a complicit media, expanded the Big Lie theory to another level by focusing their hated-on America by promoting another Big Lie that America was a racist country founded on racist principles. ³⁰

But that's not what happened at all. Polls showed that most Americans believed race relations got worse under Obama. Because of Obama's divisive presidency, race relations reached an all-time low on his watch.] ³¹

None of the Big Lie Theories would be of any consequence if not for the media. With these tech media outlets, the media have been conducting a deception, disinformation, and suppression campaign to deceive the public in a search for the truth. They ignored the biggest corruption scandal in U.S. history, the Hillary-DNC-Obama plan to destroy Trump. Instead, they created this illusion that Trump, MAGA supporters, and republicans are a threat to our democracy with no supporting evidence.

The media disinformation and suppression campaign have made the public so confused and desensitized. The media lies so much that the public can no longer separate the lies from the truth. Unfortunately, the media has failed to do its due diligence in reporting the facts. Instead, they write false stories after stories of hearsay after gossip, rumors, innuendos, and unverified information from anonymous sources as facts.

The media exposed their complicity by abandoning all journalistic standards and ethics in taking direction from the Obama & Biden administrations and the Democratic party. This disinformation resulted in taking down a U.S. Presidency with a total disregard for the adverse consequences to National Security and the Rule of Law.

2 September 2022, Margot Cleveland from the Federalist published an article titled "5 times the anti-trump FBI's trust us promise fell apart." Cleveland illustrates how the Biden administration implemented the big lie theory, and the corporate media continue to assure Americans that the FBI's raid on former president Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home was both legally justified and of the utmost necessity. But the deep-state cabal and the leftist media cartel provided similar assurances about Crossfire Hurricane and Special Counsel Robert Mueller's targeting of Trump, with the assurances later proving worthless. ³²

RESISTANCE MOVEMENT

Let's remind those on the left and all those in the media of the allegations as part of the Hillary/DNC/Obama/Biden conspiratorial agreement that after the Trump election, President Obama formed a resistance movement of loyalists inside the Federal government (DOJ/FBI/CIA). To obstruct the Trump presidency by promoting the Trump Russian collusion hoax with a complicit media to block the Trump Presidency.

The Durham investigation or the next Congress needs to determine if there was an organized resistance movement by a cabal of Obama loyalists and partisan ideologues as part of the Hillary/DNC/Obama/Biden conspiratorial agreement to defraud the American public and obstruct the Trump presidency.

Why should the American public care?

Ask yourself one question; if Hillary Clinton had been elected President, the public would have never known how corrupted the FBI and Intelligence Community (I.C.) had become. A cabal of unelected government bureaucrats and their agencies' roles adversely impact the U.S. political and election processes.

MEDIA REPORTING ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE RESISTANCE MOVEMENT

[Note: Media comments by conspirators shows intent as evidence in furtherance of the conspiracy agreement. Showing they established a pattern of arrogance by telling the American public they were in power and there was nothing you could do about it.]

10 April 2019, during former Attorney General Barr's senate confirmation hearing Attorney General Bill Barr, testified that he believes "spying did occur" on the Trump campaign in 2016. Barr vowed to review the conduct of the FBI's original Russia probe -- and the focus of a related internal review shifted to the role of a key FBI informant. "I think spying did occur. The question is whether it was adequately predicted. I think it's my obligation. Congress is usually very concerned with intelligence agencies and law enforcement agencies staying in their proper lane," he testified before a Senate Appropriations subcommittee, noting that "spying on a political campaign is a big deal." ³³

16 November 2019, AG Barr made comments during a speech to the Federalist Society. Barr said, "Immediately after President Trump won the election, opponents inaugurated what they called the "resistance," and they rallied around a strategy of using every tool and maneuver to sabotage the functioning of the executive branch and his administration. ³⁴

14 December 2016, an article published in the NYTs as an editorial opinion piece by Dahlia Lithwick and David Cohen in December 2016 calling on the Democratic party not to cooperate in the appointment of Donald Trump as President. One could argue that AG Barr was spot on about Trump opponents initiating the resistance movement to sabotage the functioning of the executive branch, as the press had reported it in numerous reports calling for a war on Trump's presidency. ³⁵

27 January 2017, Susan Milligan, Senior Politics Writer for U.S. News &World Report, published an article titled "Temperament Tantrum," calling President Donald Trump's presidential personality flawed and dangerous to the nation. ³⁶

31 January 2017, CBS news reported President Donald Trump fired acting Attorney General Sally Yates after she ordered Justice Dept. lawyers to stop defending Mr. Trump’s executive order banning new arrivals to the U.S. from seven Muslim-majority countries. ³⁷

2 February 2017, Politico published an article stating that Federal bureaucrats and employees within the Environmental Protection Agency, the Foreign Service, and in the Labor, Department are using new technology as well as more old-fashioned approaches — such as private face-to-face meetings — to organize letters, talk strategy, or contact media outlets and other groups to express their dissent, with their goal in implementing President Trump's policies to obstruct the Trump Presidency. ³⁸

2 February 2017, in a blog post for Foreign Policy Magazine, a former Obama Administration, Rosa Brooks, outlined four ways to "Get Rid" of President Trump, elect him out of office after his four-year term; Impeachment; Utilizing a claim of mental instability to invoke the 25th Amendment of the Constitution and a military coup. ³⁹ [Note: Brooks is a Schwartz senior fellow at the New America Foundation, funded by billionaire George Soros's Open Society Foundations. She served from 2009-2011 as a Counselor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and served as a senior adviser at Obama's State Department.]

11 February 2017, Paul Sperry's New York Post opinion piece titled "How Obama is scheming to sabotage Trumps Presidency," where Obama was quoted making the comments "anti-Trump protests heartened him after the election," and stating Obama, while still in the W.H. gave instructions to organizing for Action (OFA) following Trump victory and Obama told OFA troops "You're going to see me early next year and we're going to be in a position where was can start cooking up great stuff." The reporter purported that Obama had organized a network of left-wing nonprofits led by OFA by opening up 250 offices across the country. OFA evolved from Obama's campaign organization Obama for America and is operated by old Obama aides with 32,525 volunteers nationwide and raised 40 million in contributions. ⁴⁰

17 February 2017 John Hayward, Breitbart news Insiders: Obama Holdover 'Shadow Government' Plotting to Undermine Trump reported several intelligence insiders had come forward over the past few days to describe a shadow government of Obama holdovers leaking information to detail the Trump presidency, making the allegation that former President Obama himself is actively involved citing his establishment of a command post center in Washington DC and continuing his involvement with activist's organizations. ⁴¹

On 2 March 2017, Evelyn Farkas, advisor to the Clinton campaign and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense under Obama, spoke on the MSNBC Morning Joe Show. She said she helped spy on Trump for Obama before he left the White House. Farkas said Trump, not Russians, were the targets of surveillance; she was concerned about hiding their methods from Trump, and she encouraged leaks because she was "worried" about Russians and "People on the Hill" (Congress) who knew about Obama's spy plot. ⁴²

The Congressional transcripts of former top Obama officials, Clapper, Powers, Rice, Rhoades, and Farkus swore under oath before the House Intelligence Committee acknowledged they had no "empirical evidence of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia in the 2016 election. Yet, for the last five years, these same former Obama administration officials promoted the manufactured Russian false flag collusion hoax in deceiving the public that Trump colluded with the Russians, all overt acts in furtherance of the conspiracy. ⁴³

DOUBLE STANDARD OF JUSTICE / TWO-TIER JUSTICE SYSTEM

AG Garland and the attorneys at DOJ better think about the adverse consequences to the country of destroying the public trust in the Rule of Law of indicting a former President on trump-up charges to appease the woke mob of the left.

On 10 April 2016, President Obama, in an interview with Fox News Chris Wallace, President Obama publicly stated that Hillary Clinton had shown "carelessness" in using a private email server to handle classified information. However, he insisted that she had not intended to endanger national security. The President acknowledged that classified information had been transmitted via Secretary Clinton's server. Still, he suggested that, in the greater scheme of things, its importance had been vastly overstated and that it would not impact the ongoing FBI investigation into the matter would not be tainted by politics. ⁴⁴

President Obama made the obvious explicit: President Obama knew at the time that he had communicated with Clinton over her non-secure, private communications system, using an alias. Therefore, it would not have been possible to prosecute Mrs. Clinton for mishandling classified information without its being clear that President Obama had engaged in the same conduct. So, explains why the DOJ and FBI conducted a sham investigation for President Obama was never going to allow Clinton to be prosecuted. More significantly, for Clinton's defense, they would show that Obama was complicit in Clinton's conduct yet faced no criminal charges. That is why such an indictment of Hillary Clinton was never going to happen. Yet in the Mueller report in volume two, the Prosecutors tried to frame President Trump for Obstruction by President Trump's comment to Director Comey asking him to take it easy on General Flynn but ignoring President Obama's comments regarding Clinton's intent.

Comparing the two investigations by the conspirators within the FBI and DOJ into Candidate and President Trump with that of Hillary Clinton, the facts show that there was a two-tier justice system operating within the FBI and the DOJ exposing how corrupted the judicial system had become under the Obama administration.

Criminal law violations by Clinton and her aides were ignored or not pursued. In the Trump investigation, no stone was unturned and innocent people were charged with crimes they didn't commit.

Some of these same Obama officials now hold similar positions of authority in the Biden administration, criminalizing political differences and going after its citizenry. Lisa Monaco, John Carlin, Assistant AG head of DOJ National Security Division, Mary McCord, special counsel to January 6th committee, Matthew Olsen, Vanita Gupta, Samantha Powers, Victora Nuland, Jon Finer, Susan Rice, Jake Sullivan, FBI Supervisory Intelligent Analyst Brain Auten, Special Agent Somme, FBI/NYFD, and Special Agent in Charge FBI Washington Field Office Timothy Thibault. Jake Sullivan, Biden's national security adviser, and Caroline Krass, a top lawyer at the Pentagon, were involved in efforts in 2016 and 2017 to advance the Clinton campaign's false claims about Trump through the media and the federal government. Two other Biden officials – senior State Department official Dafna Rand and Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Gary Gensler. [Note: The communications (texts, meetings, etc.) as exposed by the DOJ Inspector General report, the Durham investigation and media reporting have documented the hatred of the conspirators toward Trump.]

This selective enforcement by the DOJ/FBI of executing a search warrant on former President Trump's residence is unprecedented against one's future political opponent to attempt to stop Trump from running in the 2024 POTUS election. ⁴⁵

WHY DIDN'T THE JANUARY 6TH HEARING COMMITTEE, DOJ, AND THE FBI INVESTIGATE THE ALLEGATIONS OF RIGGING THE 2020 ELECTION BY THE USE OF DARK MONEY AND ZUKERBURG FUNDING THAT INFLUENCED THE OUTCOME OF THE ELECTION?

The Constitutional problem for the nation is after the 2020 elections, the Democrats in Congress began holding 6 January hearings, focusing on fraud claims while ignoring tactics used to rig the 2020 Election. The Committee members are using the Big Lie there was no ELECTION fraud (rigging) and by Trump's refusal to accept the election results that he was criminally responsible for the riot that ensued on 6 January by inciting his supporters to stop of the election process. ⁴⁶

Biden, his admiration with a complicit left-wing media, has vilified and banned free speech of American citizens from social media tech platforms for suggesting the 2020 POTUS election was rigged, or election fraud had occurred.

The DOJ & FBI are the two agencies charged with statutory authority who would investigate the rigging of US POTUS elections. Yet both the DOJ/FBI claims there was no rigging or voter election fraud in the 2020 election, so the American public is blindly expected to accept the word of the DOJ/FBI. In light of the fact of the corruption and politicalizing of the DOJ/FBI which has been exposed in the Trump Russian hoax and Hunter Biden laptop matter.

In the last 18 months, state legislatures and their Attorney Generals, in their investigations, have surfaced evidence that manipulated the 2020 POTUS election process, and the results were influenced by dark money and private monies called ZukerBucks by Facebook Mark Zuckerburg. Here a just a few of the instances:

New evidence in the State of Georgia indicates that it cast more than 10,300 illegal votes in Georgia in the November 2020 general election. ⁴⁷

The Pennsylvania legislature heard testimony, backed up by email evidence that the Democrat governor's office in Pennsylvania colluded with left-wing activists to secure millions of dollars in private money from Zuckerburg to run get-out-the-vote efforts in blue counties in the swing state in 2020. ⁴⁸

In Teigen v. Wisconsin Elections Commission, the Wisconsin Supreme court declared that the Wisconsin Elections Commission, or "WEC," had illegally authorized election officials to use ballot drop boxes. ⁴⁹

Louisiana AG Investigation Into 2020 Election quickly launched an investigation, and he found Zuckerberg's donations may not be as non-partisan as he claimed. "What we found in the first week of our investigation was that there were parishes in Louisiana that seemed to have been targeted, right?" Landry said in "Rigged." "And those parishes were mostly Democratic parishes. ⁵⁰

Time magazine's 15 February cover story published a story and pulled back the curtain on a "conspiracy" among a "well-funded cabal of powerful people" in an "extraordinary shadow effort" that successfully pushed Trump from office. "In a way, Trump was right," writes Time national political correspondent Molly Ball. "There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes." She later describes this "conspiracy" as something that "sounds like a paranoid fever dream — a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information." Yet Ball makes precisely these kinds of claims in the Time article and goes on to substantiate them." ⁵¹

You would think after the 2020 POTUS election, Congress and the DOJ/FBI election division out of Washington, D.C., would conduct an investigation for the good of the country to put to rest the claims of rigging and voter fraud to reassure the public the integrity of the 2020 election process and for future Presidential elections in restoring the public faith in the election system so the country can move forward.

2016 ELECTION 2020 ELECTION HYPOCRISY

The hypocrisy by the January 6th Committee, Biden administration, DNC and the media seem to forget the attempts by those on the left and the Democrat party in their efforts to stop the 2016 Electoral process. It’s okay to contest an election if you're on the left but unamerican if you contest an election on the right.

An article by Kyle Cheney, POLITICO dated 17 December 2016, titled “Electors under siege.” Cheney reported the nation’s 538 presidential electors have been thrust into the political foreground like never before in American history. In the aftermath of a uniquely polarizing presidential contest, the once-anonymous electors are squarely in the spotlight, targeted by death threats, harassing phone calls and reams of hate mail. One Texas Republican elector said he’s been bombarded with more than 200,000 emails.

Cheney reported there have been ad campaigns targeting electors and op-eds assailing their role. One Democratic member of Congress has called to delay the vote for president while an investigation of Russian involvement in the election is underway. Two others have pleaded with electors to consider Russia’s role when deciding how to vote. Progressive groups are preparing protests across the country at sites where electors will meet to cast their ballots. Personal contact information for many electors has been posted publicly — and it’s been used to bury them with massive email campaigns.

Cheney purported one republican elector joined 79 Democratic electors in calling for an intelligence briefing on Russia’s role in the election ahead of electors' vote. The effort, spearheaded by California Democratic elector Christine Pelosi — daughter of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi — was rebuffed Friday by Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. Clapper’s office said in a statement, noting that President Barack Obama has called for a full review of Russian interference amid reports that President Vladimir Putin directed a hacking campaign aimed at Democrats in order to aid Trump’s election. ⁵²

The leadership level of the DOJ/FBI covered up Hillary Clinton's criminality of compromising National Security in allowing her to run for POTUS was made at a higher level than the FBI Director or A.G. Level; it had to be made by President Obama himself. The actions by the conspirators within the DOJ/FBI confirmed they were working on behalf of a political party the Democratic party with the common purpose of preventing Trump from becoming President as part of the conspiratorial agreement plan. The mere fact of documentary evidence of texts and communications showing their hatred of Trump, their ideology, and actions is evidence of their knowledge and intent in furtherance of the conspiracy.

The damage done to the country as a result of this conspiratorial plan to undermine the public trust in its governmental institutions and the Rule of Law will be judged and assessed by historians for generations.
